    Worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with in my life they've missed three appointments and I had to continuously reschedule

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. STAY AWAY. NOT EVEN WORTH the $75 CO-PAY THROUGH HOME WARRANTY.
    We were having issues with our water heater giving out inconsistent hot water throughout the day. Since we just purchased the home we went through our home warranty and they set us up with M&R Plumbing. They came out to diagnose the problem and with very little confidence said we either needed this small replacement or we need an entirely new water heater. He arrived 2.5 hours late, semi-diagnosed the problem, said he needs to get that part from the supply store which is now closed because he arrived 2.5 hours late, and left the property. We had to call scheduling back and they said they ordered the part and it will arrive Wednesday but there are no appointments for a plumber to come out Wednesday and the earliest they have is Friday. This part you can get at any supply store so I don't know what this ordering and waiting for it to come in was all about. So Friday he comes out to get it replaced and HOORAY consistent hot water. But wait, the very next day, Saturday night we get a call from our tenant that the water heater is leaking water and there's about a 2cm flood now. I took no chances and called Silverado Plumbing willing to pay out of pocket for a professional, confident solution. The tech came out RIGHT AWAY on Saturday night at 10PM and we found out that the plumber from M&R plumbing forgot to put a rubber cap on something causing the leak that was already covering electrical wiring WHICH WOULD HAVE BURNED DOWN OUR HOUSE. That call to Silverado Plumbing was worth every double overtime penny. I want to give M&R Plumbing 0 stars, they are so awful in every single aspect I can't even find one positive thing to say about them.

    This number doesn't work. The number I have always goes to a machine. The plumber (Martin) does not answer his texts. Only the billing department uses a phone.

    Never on time. A bit over-priced compared to other plumbers. Martin has a hard time explaining the actual work to be done and won't write a spec sheet, which I need for insurance reasons.

    What plumber doesn't bring shop towels to a job? Martin seems very knowledgeable about plumbing. He told me the work he *could* do, but only plans to do part of it. Males no sense.

    Just don't. Go somewhere else.

    Had a high water bill and suspected leak - he was kind enough to talk me through potential troubleshooting and fixes over the phone. Will have my business for any future needs for sure.

    My mom loves Robert and uses nobody else, so we greatly appreciate Robert too. A great person, and just as great a plumber. Two thumbs up.

    Awesome reviews. I called and said my sink wasn't draining after I overloaded the garbage disposal. Me bad. Robert assured me I could probably fix this myself. Food was clogged in the drain and I fixed it myself by removing the pipe underneath the sink. Wow a glob of food came out! I highly recommend and I will be using him in the future for upcoming projects.

    Needed my hot water fixed, called them Saturday, due to the weekend and holiday would have been insanely expensive so we decided to wait till Tuesday. Robert the owner was honest, gave his advice and showed up first thing Tuesday morning! They were on so friendly, efficient, honest and would happily refer them to any friend or family member!

    Getting Quotes for a sewer line. He came by and wanted to run a camera down the line, however didn’t have it with him. Robert said he’d be back the next day. Meanwhile another plumber came out to give a quote. This plumber said no sewer line needed. I didn’t want to waste Robert’s time, so I told him no line necessary. Robert wanted to make sure I was taken care of and came out anyway to absolutely make sure I would be good. He looked at the line and said no line was needed!! This saved me 4500+ knowing for absolute certainty it was not necessary. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend for honest great help and work.

    This is a weird review to write. I unfortunately did not have to use Bryant Plumbing.

    I do want to use them in the future. I had water gushing into my driveway from the main water line on Saturday - and needed the line capped.

    Robert who answered the phone on Saturday in a record 4 minutes explained to me:
    * they were booked solid
    * names of two other plumbers to call
    * talked through a possible solution.

    Then, he called back on Sunday to see how the situation was progressing. Well, a neighbor and I solved the problem on Saturday.

    So I look forward to having Bryant out to help the next time.

    By the way, Goettle kept me on the phone for 9 minutes - because I had to answer all the following questions before learning that a plumber would be out in an hour:
    *my name, address, phone number and email address so she could set up an account
    * how I called their number
    * whether I belonged to a club
    * home ownership
    * the age of my water heater - - which was not related to the problem - and the poor person said she had to ask that question
    * the location of my water heater - which was not related to the problem - and the poor person said she had to ask that question
    Then, I was placed on hold and given an appointment in an hour. Meanwhile water was gushing from the pipe.

    I won't be contacting Goettle.

    When I talked with Robert on the phone, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me instructions over the phone to try to help me drain our water heater. Ultimately, he quoted us a very reasonable price for a new water heater. Had I not already put down a deposit with a different company, I would have hired him. I am keeping him in my contacts list for the future. (Written as Kathleen, not Jeff)

    We needed to replace an existing leaking water line with a new water line run from the new water meter to the house. Bryant Plumbing came out to give us an estimate and responded with a very reasonable estimate within 2 days. We did get two other estimates from reputable plumbing companies but we felt most comfortable with the communication from Bryant Plumbing. Robert ( Bruce) Bryant and Ryan did an excellent job! The temperature was 116 degrees and they worked outside all day for 10 + hours. We offered them some down time to come inside and cool off but they weathered through it. Actually, I would have cancelled but Robert wanted to stick to his promise to be there to perform the job. Bryant Plumbing had the necessary equipment ( backhoe) and all parts necessary to complete the job. No trips to the supply store to buy more materials, like most companies do. They were here on time (5:00 AM) . When the job was finished, they completely dressed and finished the excavation trench. It looks like it was never touched. We couldn't be happier and more impressed with the dedication of Bryant Plumbing and we are very thankful for our new water service! Thank you, Bryant Plumbing! Kevin and Beverly Mulkins, Tucson, AZ

    Bryant Plumbing's services are reasonable and the techs always prompt. Over the years they've fixed a myriad of my plumbing issues with speed, courtesy and always a reasonable price. Robert is a consummate professional who is honest and cares about solving your problem the right way. After the work is done they clean up their mess and test everything with the customer before leaving the site. It's a very reassuring thing when you have Bryant Plumbing on your team. This plumbing company comes highly recommended and is licensed, bonded and insured. It's the real deal.

    I highly recommend Bryant Plumbing! Robert and his crew are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and timely! He replaced my water heater, and installed two new toilets, as well as new faucets. He is easy to reach by phone and there wasn't a long wait. He and his crew work quickly, everything is done to a very high level of professionalism, and pricing is reasonable. I very highly recommend Bryant Plumbing.

    CAUTION: Service Abandonment by Oro Valley Plumbing (Rick Davis)
    I am writing this to warn my neighbors in Copper Creek and the wider Oro Valley area about my recent experience with Oro Valley Plumbing.

    As an 81-year-old resident, I rely on professional contractors to maintain my home’s critical infrastructure. Unfortunately, this company demonstrated a complete lack of professional ethics and basic human consideration:

    * Left Without Hot Water: They left my household without hot water for over a full week.

    * Withheld Parts: They had the necessary replacement parts for my Navien NPE-A2 in their possession for over 24 hours but refused to schedule the completion of the job.

    * Job Abandonment: When I insisted on a firm service time to restore our hot water, the owner, Rick Davis, simply quit the job entirely.

    * Left a Mess: They walked away from the project while the unit was still disassembled, leaving the parts on my driveway.

    In my decades as an engineer, I have rarely seen such a blatant disregard for a customer’s well-being. If you have a Navien tankless system or any critical plumbing need, be aware that this company may abandon you in the middle of a repair if you hold them accountable to a schedule.
