Used Valentine Plumbing several times over the years and I am very happy with the service they provide. The water heater that was just installed is the most efficient I have ever had.

I've used Valentine Plumbing twice for homes that I've sold, and in both cases they've exceeded my expectations. Their office staff is kind, professional, and make you feel like your business is a priority. Their technicians go above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have had 4 other plumbers try to diagnose a slow draining bathtub, and none of them could figure it out. Valentine Plumbing showed up, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and was extremely affordable. I will be using them from now on! Highly recommend!

It is a pleasure to share our experience with Valentine Plumbing. This pipe leak is the third leak we have had. We were thinking we would have to do a re-piping of the house. I spoke to Pam, owner, who listened, cared, and sent Scott, owner, out. Scott took the time to assess and skillfully recognized why the leaks were occurring. Scott's plumbing expertise resolved the cause of the leaks. Gio and Scott did our repair and cleaned up afterwards. Valentine Plumbing was literally one-half the price of a prior estimate received. Our home is under contract to sell and a short time frame exists to resolve issues. Their quick response was so appreciated. One other small plumbing request was found during inspections and Gio and Toro repaired that. Valentine Plumbing will be whom I will call for any future plumbing repairs. Thank you Valentine Plumbing and Steve how was here to fix three requested issues and two surprise issues, one of which was looked at by another company at least three separate time and not fixed! Steve looked at everything and jumped on that one, the toughest one first and had it fixed and cleared out in less than 45 minutes, including digging it out just to get started. Then he was able to get the rest done and was on his way in about 2 hours from start to finish.

Thrilled to have been recommended to Valentine....just wish I heard about you sooner!!!

We discovered a water leak in our kitchen wall. It was caused by a pin size hole in the refrigerator line. The plumber Tora found the problem and eliminated the line and returned after the area was remediated to reestablish the line. Tora was professional and punctual. I hope we never have another plumbing issue but if we do Valentine Plumbing will be my first phone call.

I called yesterday for an appointment and they got me in on a Saturday morning! Willie and Stacy were fantastic, they showed up on time to clear a washer drain for us and did a great job. They did troubleshooting and then snaked it until they got it cleared. They also replaced the studor vent that was no longer functioning properly and the price for everything was more than fair. Highly recommended for professional plumbers and fair rates. 10/10

I cannot thank you enough for taking care of my sewer line.You have taken a big weight off of my chest. I now do not have to have my house destroyed to get a new sewer line put in, Tora was great and very professional.

*Update post 11/06/25 Pam who is always courteous as usual 😊 said that Mason was coming out. She said that he did great work and coming from management as an area manager, I know good employees whenever I interact with them whether I'm out and about or if I should have any issues at home. Not only did Mason come out, he brought Devion which I consider both to be "keepers" as employees as I did my share of hiring and a bit of firing! Purchased a home that had several “minor” issues come up in multiple home/sewer inspections. Wanted to hydro jet, descale and patch minor plumbing lines before renting out. I received 3 plumbing bids.

Valentine came out and came under all other bids and when I say they went above and beyond to turn what started out as minor to major plumbing work done would be an understatement.

Impeccable service, family oriented, real talk, down home- literally, insane work ethic and fixed issue after issue to ensure the entire property was running smoothly on all accounts.

Even better- they finished the entire project in one day, from early start to raking my gravel and putting my house back together again after completion. The perfection in their plumbing work and honesty is hands down impeccable!

Our hot water heater started leaking profusely last night, 12/16. We called our regular plumber and they couldn't make until Monday, 12/22, but they suggested I call Valentine Plumbing.

Valentine were able to fit me in this morning. Replaced the hot water heater by 1:00 pm. The guys who came out were very professional and polite.
