I used Valentine Plumbing once, and had a great experience. Therefore, every time after that, I would try to call them. They were always “too busy”, and referred me to another company. I had a leaky bathroom faucet, so I decided to try them again. This time, they didn’t refer me elsewhere, but they also never answered the phone. I FINALLY got in touch with them, and we agreed upon a time of 12-2. I got a call at 1 pm from a potential spam number, so, of course, I didn’t answer. It was them telling me the tech was running an hour late. I called back, and immediately got voicemail. I left a message indicating that if they were expecting me to wait until 3, they could cancel the appointment. Then I get a call at 2. The woman tells me they are on their way. When I told her I left a message canceling, she told me they don’t make appointments 12-2. I even repeated it back to her during the original conversation. They may be exceptional plumbers, but they obviously don’t know how to run a business.

Service calls $79.00, that cheaper then most.Only had to wait one day for services most were 3 days out.Thank goodness it wasn't emergency.We need to have a few same things done for house inspection.Our service guy was on time ,knowledgeable and disagreed with the inspects report..He wrote everything down to certify all he done so we could forward. to realtor.He was sociable and easy to work with.I would recommend them to anyone.
