Refreshing to have a plumbing company that is trust worthy. Rick operates a small company and provided excellent service at a fair price. He replaced two water heaters for less than another company wanted to charge for replacing one water heater. Call Oro Valley Plumbing before you decide on a plumber.

Our first call was to WPE that must offers incentives to employees that can bring in more revenue. WPE used scare tactics about how my home would explode if I did not replace the T&P value immediately. The plumber from WPE made it look like the valve would not budge when he was actually just pinching it really hard. After his theatrical performance, I effortlessly showed him that you need to lift and not pinch. My trust was lost and so was his sales pitch.

Punctual, extremely knowledgable, competent!!! How great to finally find a plumber who knows what he's doing , completes the work quickly, finds and resolves problems and is a pleasure to have around. We had toilet and faucet replacement. Then they returned for cause of leak in sink. We were impressed with their responsiveness when we called and there immediate attention to our problem. Austin was very friendly and professional.

Rick replaced our hot water heater that was leaking and worked us into his schedule quickly. He uses high quality Rheem water heaters and charges a fair price. The work was done on time and in a very professional way.
