Worst cleaning service ever. Paid almost 400 for a deep clean and did not get what I paid for. Food still on walls, baseboards and doorways. Bathtub not cleaned, oven not cleaned. None of the baseboards in the entire house. Markers and colors still on walls. Floor Not clean. Was told we would have a 40 discount for spending over 300. Quoted 310 charges 380. I used to work for merry maids years ago and on a deep clean we cleaned from top to bottom and this was not done this way at all. Spoke to the office and they sent someone back out. Walked through the house and showed what was not done. Came back and none of it was done. Very disappointed and no discount or anything. Submitting pictures today and hopefully they will do something. We cant wait for them to come back because our lease is up tomorrow!!

Do not trust them to follow through with a service even if you booked in advance. They will cancel and not offer any rescheduling or incentive to work with them another time. They’ll just leave you in a bind and not take your phone calls (or return them).

I had scheduled a top to bottom new house cleaning after I closed on my home. I scheduled it for a Saturday and was moving in on Sunday. An hour before my scheduled appointment, I got a text that they were not coming. I called Roxie, the manager, she said she didn’t know anything about it and would call me back after checking into the situation. I called her back 45 minutes later and left her a voicemail. Then again 30 minutes later with another voicemail. And again an hour later and left one last voicemail. Never heard back. Luckily I found an amazing local cleaning service that came immediately out and did an amazing job. Still with local people. Not huge chains. You’ll only get screwed over

Update: there has been a good improvement in our service. They now send us the same ladies and Freda and her daughter are great. I appreciate the improvement.

Initially, we had a great experience with Merry Maids! After multiple incidents with our previous service (not Merry Maids) it was refreshing. Daysa was awesome. Our dogs loved the ladies too! It was our first cleaning with Merry Maids and I hope we have the same great experience ongoing! Thanks Merry Maids!

Since the first cleaning, we have had 2-3 times where only one person has come. I asked to have the baseboards in one bath and one bedroom gone over better, but that has not yet occurred. I have not, yet, called the office regarding these issues, but I will shortly. The first time Merry Maids came I gave them 5 stars, now, it seems to be going downhill.

Standard service included two rooms deep cleaned and the two women who came to my house did an excellent job. I couldn't have been more pleased with the condition of my house. I am happy to have tried Merry Maids and look forward to continuing the service on a monthly basis.

I did a moving out cleaning and I left for work. I came back to a sparkling Apartment. Everything was organized. Smell was phenomenal with a nice little later, asking for my rating, which I would gladly live a five star.

Dependable, respectable trustworthy

I relocated here and as part of my move I received a move in cleaning. We agreed they would dispatch three cleaners and would clean one level of my house (max 1800 sq.ft.) On 8/14, one person showed up with a "supervisor-type" and informed me they would only clean part of what was agreed to. The supervisor left and returned about an hour later and started speaking with the cleaner outside. The cleaner then returned and was crying, but continued to appear to clean. The lady appeared to be distraught and left a little later. Because of her condition, I did not challenge the job, but needless to say, it was terrible. At best, she vacuumed and appeared to wipe some counters- no toilet, sink, stove, etc. As I look for an ongoing service, I will avoid this company.

I am absolutely tickled to death and satisfied with the work the two ladies did. I appreciate it so much! I may have to save & do this occasionally, for a extra cleaning. Thank you!".

Christine was wonderful! She was very sweet with our dogs and helped us a lot catching up with the rest of the house while we've had to focus primarily on puppy training. Excited to renew my service!

Great experience with Kelvin and his assistant. They moved quickly and efficiently. made sure all screws etc where marked and appropriately placed. Will use again!
