I reviewed the middle bedroom (Whimsy Room). There was a pile of dust on the floor that I moved from the head of the bed to the main part of the floor so it would not get missed when the maids came. It was still there today. Also, the tenant in the Master Suite stated the maids did not clean the floors in the room because she was sleeping. However, the sheet of paper left for me (from Amara and Anna Lee) stated the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom were given "additional attention". I would like to know what the additional attention was.
Today, I ran my hand across the entire kitchen counter. The areas not used very often by the guests was dusty. (Such as the corner of the counter by the stove and the counter beside the refrigerator) It was as if the entire kitchen counter had not been wiped down in quite some time.
Last, the downstairs bedroom has not been touched in several weeks. This is because my husband has not been there to unlock the door. (There is no keyless entry device for this room like the other rooms.) This is understandable, except, I would like to consider the cost of this room be removed from the agreement since my husband can't seem to unlock the door in time for it to be cleaned.

All other areas appear to be done quite well. I appreciate your efforts and hope the issues will be addressed.

Olga has been the Lady that has been cleaning my house ..... Someone else came to clean on Tuesday her name was Marita she didn’t do as good a job. I found cobwebs in corner & still had cat hair around my chair. Olga always does a great job

Brittany was AMAZING! She arrived on time (I love the easy text notification to state she is on her way and to track her arrival!) She was so friendly and courteous and easy to talk with. The best part she was amazing with my dogs! The house is spectacular! I would like to request her aim a regular weekly schedule at my home if it all possible.

The team did a substandard cleaning job of the apartment. They did not sweep, mop, or wipe down counters despite paying for a deep clean/move out cleaning service. I thought I was overthinking the job until the leasing company did the walk through and were shocked that merry maid left in that condition. I would not recommend this service.

I had never had a service like this and didn't really know what to expect. Almost everything was cleaned far beyond what I expected but to be honest there were a few things I felt were left shy of professional cleaning.
1.Masterbath toilet not cleaned
2.Masterbath floor left very hazy
3.Objects on tables not put back as they were.
4.Chairs left out in floor, not put back under
table
Overall, I'm pleased enough but details are what generate the positive referrals a business wants and needs to grow their business

I have been using this service for over a year now. I was please when the person came & gave me a reasonable custom quote for my hone. First two
Cleanings were good, then it started going downhill. I called about the issues, they gave me a discount on cleanings & addressed the issues.
A few months in, my card is being charged for $45 more than the quote. The owner says he wrote me a letter basically saying my price was going up due to the amount of time it takes to clean my home. My response was this is unjustified given no additional services were being done since i began. (And there are only 2 people living in my 3 bedroom home!) He was persistent & offered a 10% off cleaning, which seems to be their go to response for upsetting customers.
My last cleaning, I called because several things were missed. They scheduled a recleaning to make it up, I instructed anytime Thursday or friday finishing before 3pm. The team came friday at 3, after I called at 1:30 to let them know no one had been yet. They still missed things. This is the second time I had had to call for a reclean. It should not be this difficult.

Horrible!!!!! Three times I have had my house cleaned by your service. Only 1 of the times was it cleaned halfway right. The first woman that came said she doesn't do "deep cleans", she just cleans. The second time it was one of the managers and she did pretty okay. The third time I paid for a deep clean and after the lady left there was still water color paint on my kitchen floor. I haven't seen your service do anything close to what I was promised any time you have come. No one seems to even know what deep clean means. I have paid ridiculous amounts of money to your company and never once has my house been "deep cleaned". I will not recommend your service and I will not call your service again. I shouldn't have to hold the cleaning lady's hand and show her how to do a deep clean. I think wiping off cabinet faces and actually mopping under the kitchen table should be understood. My light fixtures should have been cleaned too. I mean for as much as you charged, I got ripped off big time!! And I work hard for my money. Thant's why I called. I work long hours and needed help getting my house cleaned up. I still haven't found anyone to come and do it right and I'm afraid to try another cleaning service. I will just have to try and find the time to do it all myself after wasting all that money. I can't afford really afford to pay anyone at this point now.

My house was dusty, but not really dirty, so I was mostly interested in getting the floors and the dusting done. I asked her to mop my floors with my O Cedar mopping system with a bucket, but she didn't do it. For that reason, I cannot give you 5 stars. Some of the shelves were dusted around things and the rest left dusty. Other than that I was pleased with it. I didn't realize all this until after she left or I would have told her then.

We had our first experience last week. The deep clean wasn’t as good as I had thought it would be. I took pictures of some of the areas that weren’t addressed properly and sent them to my contact. I received a call the next day and we already have someone coming back next week to rectify the situation.

I appreciate the quick response. And I look forward to seeing positive results.

Connie and Emi do an EXCELLENT job for me. Each time they come my house smells clean, the windows and bathrooms are shining plus they have an excellent work ethic. I will continue to use them on a three week basis. They work hard plus are happy people.

This was my first time using a house cleaning service and I was thoroughly impressed! I reached out to Merry Maids because I recently found out I was allergic to my dog and obviously wanted to keep her and was seeking an alternative — Merry Maids came through! I came home from work to what feels like a brand new home. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

Horrific experience. I ordered deep cleans for our 2 1/2 bathrooms. They came in, left the half untouched, cleaned the toilets only in both upstairs bathrooms, and then *rearranged my room*! Not wanting to create a ruckus, I assumed a breakdown in communication and called the office. They arranged for the same girl (who I believe was new) to come out with an experienced cleaner the next day at 11am. First they showed up two hours early, when it was in no way a good time to do the job. Later when I called back, they promptly arrived to do the job. They cleaned all of the bathrooms, but merely wiped the tub, leaving all of the dirt and yuck in place that I had called them out to "deep clean" in the first place. When I complained, the secretary insisted that they used Hospital Grade Bleach and that the experienced cleaner had called to say they couldn't get it off. I then emailed her the before and after pics of their "work" before and my work "after" with a bottle of store-bought Clorox Disinfecting Bleach Foamer (it was easily cleaned and took 10 minutes). She was apologetic and informed me I would receive a discount. Later in the evening (5 minutes before writing this) I walk into my upstairs bathroom to find someone left the pipe to the toilet loose, and my floor is covered in water. Merry Maids in Little Rock is a terrible business that hires questionable people that do not belong in your house. Stay far away.

We had a great experience! Definitely recommend! My only critique was that I wish they reminded you a week in advance of your next cleaning and not the day before. Sometimes life gets in the way and we need that week to get adjusted for the cleaners to come.

The crews do a great job. My biggest concern was floors because I have fluffy dogs. The conquered the hair. The value is excellent. Highly recommend. Nothing is better than a clean house that you did not clean.

I was scheduled for a one-time "top to bottom" cleaning. Nathan arrived on time and worked very hard and did a wonderful job of cleaning my house. And I like the fact he used all his (the company's) equipment and supplies rather than me having to be sure everything he needed was on hand. He was friendly and professional. I'm getting too old to do the heavy duty cleaning like Nathan did for me. I think I'll ask him to do it again in six months!

The house didn’t look much different - actually not any differently - when they left at 2 as when they arrived at 12.
The beds were not even made!! I had already washed the sheets and all they had to do was pull up the covers.
They spoke no English and I told one of them not to do something that would have ruined my butcher block. She kept doing it. I said no again and she still didn’t quit! I went really close so she would look at me and said no while shaking my head and motioned like I was cleaning. Only then did she quit so I assume she didn’t speak English.
I will not be hiring the Merry Maids ever again!

The ladies who cleaned my house did a great job! The office manager and the maybe the owner wife are not truthful. The owner came to my house he was very nice . He quote one price and the office gave the paper work to the lady that clean my house another price. They also lie about the time they were to come to my house. I will not use them again because of that.

I live in an apartment that furnishes a refrigerator and other appliances. I went more than a month without a working refrigerator. The refrigerator had the food removed. However, I brought the issue to the apartment complex. I needed to clean the refrigerator better than I could. I hired Merry Maids to do that. After waiting, my refrigerator was professionally cleaned. I was and still am happy. I do not have a picture to show.

I was pleased overall with the level of cleaning. There were a few things that were left undone. Also one of my bedside lamps was broken.
My main problem was the fact that the crew was suppose to arrive in the morning. I’m not sure what time they arrived (I was not home) but I did receive a phone call saying they would be late. I arrived home at 5:00pm and they were still here cleaning. Again, I want to stress that I was very satisfied with the level of cleaning. It was a job well done.

Very happy with the service - our first experience with Merry Maids. Desiree and Madison did a great job, working efficiently and with good attention to detail. They even addressed a specific problem area I asked for help with, and their knowledge of cleaning products and techniques got the job done! Very pleased.

Clear communication regarding services, fees, and expectations. Had my mother's apartment deep cleaned and they even did a load of clothes for her.. She loved it; she said that she had the best night's sleep in her clean apartment.
