Wendy and John were very helped and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have moved so easily if it hadn’t been for them. They did great work! Place looked wonderful!

Our recent cleaning event was performed in an excellent manner, She meticulously performed each task associated with the scheduled provided by his superiors for that day. She was very efficient and timely in every aspect of the tasks performed.

Karla is awesome! She is our usual cleaner and we've come to rely on her. She is very thorough. I am very comfortable leaving the house in her hands.

My grandmother is very particular about who she allows into her home. Since hiring Olga and Maria 3 months ago, I have heard nothing but positive things about them. Having them come to her home even just once a month takes so much pressure off my shoulders!

Brittany did an incredible job in our house. The automated texts telling us someone was on their way was great, I didn’t have to mess with cheques or cash, making it a smooth experience!

Two of the maids, Annalee and Brittney, are a terrific team! They cleaned my house yesterday, April 4, and did a fantastic job! I would recommend them for sure!

Both times they’ve come to clean, the young men have been thorough, friendly, efficient, and polite. My only complaint is that I had no clue, other than a date, when they would arrive. Don’t need an exact time, but morning vs early afternoon vs late afternoon would be SO beneficial.

This week was supposed to be detail cleaning in kitchen area. So many things were not done for standard cleaning. It is difficult to see detail cleaning in bedrooms, but bathrooms and kitchen are easy to check and detailed cleaning is not being done as expected in bathrooms and bedrooms as scheduled This week, there did not appear to be any cleaning done in the laundry room: floors dirty, appliance tops dirty, trash not removed.

Wonderful! Chrissy is such a hard worker and has a great attitude. When we come home the house is clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend Merry Maids!

We have had a great experience with Merry Maids. They have been very quick to respond to concerns and requests, use the products I want used on my floors, and our maids, Ingrid and Olga are the best.

Hello,The new lady that came did a very good job cleaning and it would be nice if she came again. I don't know her name. It was Spanish I think. WHY do I get a new person almost every time? I have to explain over and over what I need done. It is very tiring. If I could run around talking, I would not need help. Let me know if this is the 'usual' scheduling technique.

i'm not always here when they arrive... but it seems the staff changes every time. Makes me wonder if my original instruction is sustained.

Sometimes, the staff don't speak English ... and I have no idea if they're following instructions I've shared previously shared with you. I'm all ok with non-ESL workers and expect YOU to ensure my original instructions are conveyed each and every time. with workers who don't speak English as long as they are following the instructions I previously shared. Such as "no products ever on the piano" --- dust without product.

Please ALWAYS give 7-14-days advance notice of your visit so it can be calendared.

Opps for improvement are perhaps in your office ... not so much your cleaners. 'Happy to help in a 10-20-minute call.

Bryanna & Taylor were fast, professional, and friendly. My house was a huge mess and it looked sparkly when they left. I am going to hire this company to help when I get my new home!

You all have been sending people who don't fully care about doing a good job. Every month, I've had to call Roxy on something/somethings that went wrong. Now I am having supervisors come behind and inspect everything. Things are so bad this month, you all are coming with someone different, hopefully better, and redoing my clean for this month. Please take away stress and worry about cleaning in my apartment, and do things right the first time. I do not pay good money for mnothing. I expect consistencyh monthly. I do not pay good money for nothing. I would suggest that if I ask you all to wash my sheets that means put them in the dryer too.You are paid good money. Please please start improving ASAP. I should not have to report to Roxy about lackluster services monthly. That is totally unacceptable. You wouldn't want your place to always be lacklusterly clean, would you? Didn't think so. Each month, you are to: thoroughly thoroughly clean my place by dusting, vacuming, removing and shaking rugs outside thoroughly moppong the kitchen and bathroom floors (removing the table in bathroom and getting behind the door), putting rugs back down, changing sheets (making sure the top of all items are even with each other, emptying trash if needed, washing and drying sheets removed from bed, cleaning areas of sinks toilet and bathtub, putting items back like you found them, taking extra care when cleaning when handling crosses, angels, glassware and more. I have allergies and my house does not need to be a sea of dust do to lack of care in cleaning. Roxy knows all this too. Sorry, but I am totally blind and cannot snap pictures. However, I can feel and friends notice the lackluster service I am getting from you. Perhaps having a supervisor come behind each time the day of cleaning is what has to happen. Maybe if the cleaning staff knew that boss is coming in, they might take the time to do a thorough job. Again, I am paying good money, and I demand good service. I may be blind but am surely not stupid. Please do a mich much better job, starting with the reclean. Thank you.

They did a great job. Much better than the cleaning service I had before. It's like night and day between T&T maids and Merry Maids. They do more than I even expected. Merry Maids is absolutely the best.

They showed up on time when I needed them in a pinch. I did find a few cobwebs after they were done. I requested pictures but never got them as I was in a different state when the work was done. They were all very nice people to deal with though. Cost was not bad either. I would recommend them to others.

We were blown away by the detailing our ladies did. It was hard to find a dusty spot after they came through. They got up under all of the cabinets, wiped the cabinet faces, dusted all of the light fixtures, furniture, and our clutter. Our glass chess set was completely wiped down. They also somehow dusted inside of a very hard to reach chandelier on an 18' ceiling. They gave us a very professional cleaning for a fair price, and I am very happy. I will book my cleanings with them again in the future.

Deep clean (1st cleaning) 2-person crew was good, but second and third cleaners were individuals who were just OK and less-than adequate, respectively. The second worker said she was interested in my sewing machine if I wanted to get rid of it someday. The third (and last) lady kept telling me how much she loved cleaning houses, kept hyperactively moving through the house, knocked over a couple of things without telling me, and got done in half the time… which was because she skipped a couple of rooms, I later discovered. I cancelled the service.
