Brian and his crew came out after the tornado to diagnose the out AC system. He discovered the problem and recommended it be replaced. He gave a fair price and his crew installed it. They were so professional. Brian even came in to register the new unit. Wont use any other HVAC co.

Robert Clark of Midstate Heating & Cooling replaced the main ac/heating unit at my property today. He showed up with his crew and completed the work quickly and professionally, also cleaning up after themselves when finished. Robert did an exceptional job of explaining the options, costs and giving recommendations as to the the most efficient solution to the issues I was experiencing.

He was honest and professional while describing the different products. By the time he was finished, i understood up front what my costs would be and how the pricing was broken down. My AC unit at my home broke and needed to be replaced, after I talked to Brian he and his team installed a new unit within 24 hours for me. Extremely professional, and very quick response, would recommend their work to anybody.

Our heater quit working overnight. I called Bryan early in the morning and he found time in his schedule to make it to my house, find the problem (a broken thermostat) and fix it before 11:00. I’d recommend and plan to use them again.

Honestly, I’ve heard so many horror stories about long wait times and high repair bills….I was prepared for the worst, and the possibility of making multiple calls when I had to make the call this morning after my air conditioning went out last night. As I sit here in my cool home, less than 4 hours after calling Midstate Heating and Air….I’m still in a bit of shock at how quickly and inexpensively my air conditioner was repaired. I now know what was wrong, what the repair was, and a couple of things I need to do better in the future to keep it operating as it should. Awesome experience all around. They are now in my phone contact list under Heat/Air.

I called and spoke with Bryan this morning. He was able to fit me into the schedule to check on my unit. Within 30 minutes of being at my house. He was able to see what the issue was and got it fixed. He was very professional and explained what was going on. Will use them in the future!

Bryan was able to get to my residence within a few days and I found him to be very pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions, identified the problems, and got my unit back up and running, and didn't break the bank while doing so. I will definitely give him a call again if the need arises, and I highly recommend his services.

UPDATE: Used Epic Technicians again today (January 2024) to install a new motor in my furnace. The tech showed up on time, got the job done in less time than anticipated. He was extremely courteous, thoughtful to clean up after he completed the work and has a simple, easy online pay experience!

I will continue to patronize and refer Epic Technicians!! Give them a call!!

Heater went out so I called my home warranty company. They told me Epic would give me a call within 24 hours. Epic called back an hour later with a same day appointment time.
Tech was on time and professional. He found the problem but it was late in the day and the stores were about to close but he was able to get the part and returned to provide us heat again. Thank you Epic!
