He got two of the 3 units up and running. Switched the smart programmable thermostat out to one I could operate! I was very pleased with the way he handled himself while he was in my home. It was very respectful of putting on the little booties when he came in and he just did his part.

I think he did a good job. He was prompt and polite. He did his part of the work that will be done. It’s my understanding that he or another of your employees will get back with me to do the job of either repairing my present old furnace or recommending replacement. Please let me know when your man will return to finish the job. Thanks so much!

Damon was outstanding. Went the extra mile to accomplish the service needed, and also took care to keep the house clean and installed a new thermostat in a way that kept the wall aesthetically pleasing (versus leaving an unpainted square and screw holes). He was so pleasant and helpful!

6 months later, different issue, Damon was my tech and he was amazing. The most polite, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly technician - couldn't ask for better. I tried to tip him BOTH times he has helped me and he refused both times (even when I tried to tip him via Cashapp). If all I can do is give him a great review, then this is the very best I can do. Amazing technician.

What a blessing! I really needed some help today and James from Middleton’s came and saved my day! I woke up to a mess from a pipe in the attic, and I didn’t know what to do. I called Middleton’s and not much later, James arrived. He was professional and kind. He let me know what he was finding and worked until he had it all fixed up. My anxiety went way down and I really do appreciate it all. Thank you again.

Explain things as he went along. Gave a few options on repair and I picked what worked best for my situation. Tech even gave some tips on preventive measures for the future, as well as things to look for when/if my unit goes out further down the line in regards to replacement. Very helpful and professional.(Even working around all of my tornado damage aftermath)

We had Airco cone out who we have used ever since Chenal Heat & Air was acquired…
They said we needed around $10,000 worth of parts & repairs and should really replace the whole unit.

They just came by to do one of their regular servicing appointments because of my service contract with them.

The communication about the appointment and the communication about expectations for their arrival were very helpful.

Their representative, Roland, was extremely polite and very professional and very courteous.

He did his inspections and then came to report to me his findings.

He did not find any issues with our system, but he did observe that I had some issues in the crawlspace of my home that needed attention. Those observations had nothing to do with his service, but he was so thoughtful to share the information and it really will help me avoid some and necessary expense because he brought it to my attention. I love that extra value from having him slow down and take a close look at things.

I thought that was nice enough, but then when he was describing to me what he was checking for he also recited from previous call notes performed by other Middleton representative from previous visits.

I was much more comfortable with the value of the service agreement because I know that these people pay attention to what they’ve done before and keep that in perspective as they make their return trips.

This was an excellent encounter!
