Posting this on behalf of my grandparents- they do not enjoy technology so I'm happy to play typewriter for them for the wonderful service we recieved!

First of all, 100/10 for the service lady who scheduled us. Called us back quickly to set a date right there for them to come out and take a look, which was same day. Then, Cato came to take a look right on time and he did an absolutely wonderful job looking over our unit and double checking everything. His advice, explanation, and tips on how to hold out while we wait for the full repairs were very informative and helpful! Not to mention he was fully upfront about pricing and possible issues we will have along the way with the unit.

All in all, we're looking forward to working with Dash and their services going forward!! Highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick check, and reliable service.

Called the company this morning, they came out this evening and fixed the problem. We had 2 different companies come out and never truly repaired what was wrong. Cato was the tech and was polite, professional and explained everything. Will use this company again. Moved to the area in the last year, anyone new to the area CALL THEM. Thank you so much Cato and the office for texting and calling and keeping in constant contact thru out the day to let us know when the tech would be here. They also sent a picture and information about the tech.

Dash was super easy to work with. They provided great communication ahead of the appointment. Robert came on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have already recommended this company to family members.

Mason was very friendly and informative! He quickly and accurately diagnosed our issue with our AC unit and was a great help.

Dash was the 4th company I called but I wish they were the first. Amanda was the ONLY one that came to hear me out through and through and actually gave me a solution. Admittedly, we were having issues getting approved for financing through other companies and when I asked for alternative options they all basically told me “too bad”. Amanda helped get us approved for JUST what we needed with NO upselling. She was patient, personable, and made me feel completely taken care off. Holli came on the day of service and was nothing short of prompt & professional and got our new unit replaced in a jiff. Amanda even stopped by to check in and bring us a gift, I was so thrown by that and never heard of a company gifting the CUSTOMER when providing services. Just amazing in my book. There was one slight issue that we needed someone to return the same evening and Mason came to the rescue. He was thorough, explained the issue, and got it fixed. We have two units for our house, the main unit being the reason for this service and I will absolutely give them a call when the second unit needs to be replaced. I cannot thank Dash enough.

I wish I found this company 10 yrs ago. Had ductwork replaced and new heat and air and could not be more pleased.

Dan Mitchell set a high bar from the start with very professional inspection and estimate. The rest of the team followed suit. Even with a slight hiccup, they were quick to address and fix. Definitely 5 stars.

The outside sales force and the installers were awesome. Listen give options when issues came up we work threw them . There main office a whole different story.

A technician was quick to respond, thorough in his investigation, and clearly explained the problem and our options to get it resolved. Very efficient and professional.

I don't normally write reviews, but i'm very pleased with the service I received from Dash Heating & Cooling.
I recently chose their company to install a new Hvac system, because the old one needed to be replaced. Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with her because after she had given the estimate, she followed up with me to ask if she could be of further assistance. I had received other estimates, but I never heard anything from the other companies.
Amanda was also helpful in solving the problem of how to get up in the small opening to my attic where the old system was housed, and installing the new one. She was also the only one that solved the problem by suggesting I enlarge the opening to the attic, allowing more space to get the equipment up there and even suggested someone that could do the job. I'm also pleased with the Technicians, Jeremy, Holly & Cody working tirelessly in the hot attic to get the new system installed. They made sure everything was working properly, and explained what they had done. Amanda even came by with a thank you gift and to see how things were going.
Great job from start to finish!
Pricing is fair also, some of the other companies were way overpriced.

DASH has performed periodic maintenance on our HVAC units for years and their professionalism and thoroughness has been great. They recently replaced a HVAC unit.

First time customer, and they have our business now. I called after 5pm on the hottest day of the year, and they had someone out by 10am the next morning. Robert was professional, fast, and honest. I thought I needed cleaning and Freon, which he could have added, and charged me for, without question, but he was honest and said all I needed was a cleaning. So I spent LESS money than expected.

I hadn’t had air in three days. My home warranty company hadn’t even responded yet as to when they could even come out it was 80° in the House. Dash Came out same day to do my maintenance saw that I had a capacitor blown and fixed it on the spot could not be happier. Their service is excellent. Their staff is excellent. I recommend them highly

They were very fast In Coming to my home. He explained everything so that I could understand it. After ordering parts, he will return to complete job

The tech was prompt and very well trained. He fixed my heat in 30 minutes. He explained the issue well and so I am more informed for future issues.

They got someone out to my house quickly. Todd was friendly, found the problem, and had it fixed quickly. Fair prices, too. And my dog liked him.

Just had a Technician visit our house, Justin, and he was very pleasant, polite and professional. I was embarrassed about our yard being unkept making it awkward for him to look at our unit outside. He provided his professional insights and findings. Our unit is very dated and he suggested replacing it and informed me of the cooling and pressure our current unit lacks. Only 4 stars because I originally utilized Dash's chat and website to connect with them to set an appointment but never heard from them and had to make a traditional phone call to set up today's appointment. Never got an email or text from Dash on my initial contact with them digitally. Other than that, I would recommend this company!
