BR McGinty came right away to fix our furnace during this recent very cold spell! The technicians were polite and informative, and worked quickly to get us back to a comfortable home at a reasonable price. So glad we called them first!

A few years ago I bought my house, and since my first issue with HVAC, BR has been my go too. They have replaced both my units giving me the best quote compared to other companies. They continue to be my chosen go to when it comes to yearly upkeep and maintanence. Mrs. Linda is always friendly when calling into the office. I have also had the same technicians coming to the house for years; it says alot when they can keep the same people employeed for years. Honestly even if I ever had any major HVAC issues in the future I wouldn't even get other quotes. I would go with BR regardless just because of the relationship that has been cultivated with interacting with the same people. I recommend BR to anyone I talk too about HVAC issues.

My AC has been a booger but Russell and Jim got to the bottom of it quickly and found out it was a small issue. Then, even though I hadn't scheduled it yet, they went ahead and did my Spring maintenance to make sure I was ready to go when the Arkansas heat really gets here. Also, special shout-out to Linda in the office. She is always super sweet and gets her guys out here quickly whenever I need anything. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

Exterminator observed a serious leak in the crawlspace underneath by house. I had heard of BR McGinty but had never used them. I contacted them via their website. They responded very quickly. They sent someone out who was very kind and professional and had the leak repaired in less than an hour. I'm a very satisfied customer.
