Honestly a difficult company to communicate with. I had a guy come out to get me an estimate worked up. Texted multiple times for the estimate to be told almost a week later that they need to send another guy out named Clint to do the estimate over….. Craig told me the exact thing that the previous guys did. Honestly that was a huge waste of time. Then the guys came and fixed it. After they left I texted the company because they didn’t tell me or my roommate anything. I wanted to know the work done and the total. Only to be told they didn’t have that information. Couldn’t tell me what work was done or the total. I requested to be called back from the owner and wanted everything explained. I have not receive a call back since the work was done. Took 2 weeks in the middle of summer to get this done. Honestly go to another company if communication is your thing. Also the guy that I spoke with about another thing I wanted looked at was a shower head installed. As I’m explaining it to him, he cuts me off mid sentence and says I can’t help you and went dead silence. Very rude and unprofessional!! I changed my review to 1 star because they can’t get back to me on work done but can answer a review in 10 minutes!! Really!

Chris was great - helped with information and getting everything ready for countertop contractor. Very much appreciate his info and help.

Kevin an employee from BR McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air came over to take a look at my garbage disposal. Something was stuck inside. He had a clever trick: pouring a cup of ice into the disposal and turning it on. Voila! The clog was cleared.

Russell was fantastic and the entire team was very sweet and helpful. We needed someone to come and look at our AC unit and they were to us in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

I had McGinty folks install a new outside unit. The technicians were friendly and professional. I had no issues and the new equipment cools well. I will definitely recommed them in the future.

Asked them to replace a water pressure regulator, they dug up my grass for an hour, never found it, left, then charged me 400 dollars. Do not use them.

Repairs were done timely and in quick order. Technician thoroughly explained the problem and how it would be repaired. Extremely courteous, highly recommend this company for services.

Chris and George were very Good at what they did. I had replaced a 5 gallon water heater to a tankless water heater and everything went perfect. They were efficient and very clean.

I had an issue with my tankless water heater. The technician thoroughly checked out my unit discovering and fixing what was not apparent, making sure I would have no other issues. He showed me everything that was wrong as he discovered it and the parts needing replacement. I was very pleased with the service.

This is based on 2 experiences I’ve had driving with these idiots on the road! Both days they drove without regards to anyone else! Riding my bumper, driving fast, cutting me off! One guy was riding my bumper so close going over the Bryant parkway overpass if I would have let off the gas he would have hit me in the company truck! Both times I’ve had my young kids in the car! I got the one driving today’s license plate! It is 764 XII! They need to stop driving this way before they cause a wreck and the company catches a lawsuit!

Adding to this post because I just saw another one of these trucks driving like an idiot. Tailgating speeding, driving aggressive. This company needs to put a stop to the way there people drive, especially when their name is on the side of the truck. LP 701 SJC
