Called them mid-morning, by noon that day they had a temporary fix in place, by noon next day it was repaired. The price was fair, and I'm happy with the service. With this summer being so hot, their fast response was very appreciated.

This company is super to deal with in every way. All persons are so accessible, professional and dependable. I highly recommend them. We had two new a/c & heating systems installed as well as a mini-split in one room. Excellent!

Like a lot of people, I was really worried when my central AC unit wasn’t cooling very good. The costs of new units can be astronomical thanks to big HVAC companies that advertise everywhere and offer easy access to financing; driving up prices in a way similar to that of the healthcare industry.

I called these guys because they’re a family operation, and wanted a technician to diagnose the problem instead of a salesperson. Luckily, I only had a clogged drain that was cleared up in an hour, and paid $150. Jacob let me know about another potential problem, explained everything as good as I could comprehend, was courteous and on time. Thanks for the honesty; will def contact Climate Warriors in the future for any maintenance.

I could not give higher praise to Clayton, Todd, Jacob and Christian. These are the gentlemen of Climate Warriors who worked in my home replacing an HVAC unit. They were professional, courteous, efficient yet took the time to do an excellent job. We have asked Climate Warriors to check our units twice each year.

The installation of my air conditioner was just completed. I was very pleased with the installation service. They arrived on time, they discussed the process, they were careful in my yard and respectful of my home. They completed the work more quickly than I had expected. The installation crew were strong in communication and very pleasant. I would recommend this company.

I called the company, I was addressed by my first name upon them answering the phone! I explained my situation, my downstairs unit had gone completely out, Todd addressed it immediately and sent someone over within the hour!!!! Clayton was professional, on time, and explained everything to me thoroughly. He even checked out my second unit which was having some issues too. BOTH units were taken care of and I will NOT trust any other company with the service and regular maintenance of my units again! Updated 11/13/25: still 5 stars. I never have to worry about my system since hiring Climate Warriors. In the first cold snap of the season, my auxiliary heat was running longer than seemed like normal operations. Called Todd and the issue was diagnosed and corrected.

I’m always pleased with the standards of the work performed as well as the transparency around pricing. I like how they are proactive about keeping my units functioning well to minimize the potential of a failure during high use periods. The maintenance is really great for peace of mind!

Jacob and Christian arrived promptly at the scheduled time, giving a courtesy call beforehand. They maintained a professional demeanor throughout the entire visit, from diagnosing the issue to explaining it clearly. They outlined exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave a reasonable estimate for the repair time. At no point did they pressure me into purchasing a new unit or suggest any unnecessary services—just a straightforward approach to resolving the issue.

Todd was prompt to arrive, and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. AC was fixed in minutes. Cost was very reasonable for a weekend service call.

Climate Warriors has been great! I have rental properties and many HVAC units to keep functioning. I found these guys when the person I had been using for HVAC work became unresponsive. These guys were able to get the heat back on for one of my elderly tenants on short notice during the winter when temps were extremely low. This summer has brought an unusually high number of air conditioning issues that they have been extremely responsive in addressing. They communicate well and are fair with their charges. Highly recommend!!

They were so timely and very nice . They were able to fix the issue to hold til new unit replaced. My unit VERY old and I knew it was inevitable to be replaced but now have a short grace period until parts available and their schedule is clear to do the job. Thankful they were able to do that much with this heat upon us. Highly recommend them. Prices very reasonable.

I highly recommend Climate Warriors! Since I called them late this morning, my AC is already fixed and working by early afternoon! They were very responsive, communicative, attentive, and their staff are very good at what they do. Having your air go out in Arkansas summer heat is anyone's worse nightmare. Our system started out with a leak that Climate Warriors fixed with no issue and at very fair prices. Our home is new to use but still a very old home so we signed up with their maintenance services. They are very easy to schedule with, punctual and will work with your time. Following the maintenance agreement a huge issue was found and that's when our air went out. These gentlemen went Above and Beyond to keep our family comfortable and as cool as possible while we decided our next step on getting things fixed. My experience with Climate Warriors exceeded all expectations. They were responsive, courteous, and efficient. With 100° weather inevitable, my HVAC unit called it quits. Within 3 days of its demise, Climate Warriors had a new unit ordered and installed! No fuss, no drama. They go above and beyond expectations. Very competitive pricing too.
