We’ve been in our home since 2009 and, until this year, any HVAC issues we had were satisfactorily resolved with another area family owned company. For reasons unclear, we were forced to find a resolve for our air conditioning issues that this company essentially tried to say did not exist. In the height of summer, we looked specifically for a company that would listen to us, their customer, and seek out a solution to the problem. I’m happy to say, after some searching, my wife found Climate Warriors. Todd was friendly and my wife was impressed that he had time to listen to her and engaged in problem solving by asking questions surrounding the problem. The first conversation over the phone was 30 minutes and she hung up knowing the right call had been made. Clayton came by and after some time found a burned/stuck fan relay switch as well as a stuck heater relay (hope I didn’t butcher those parts’ names). Our unit had a small fire in it that developed after the other company had just replaced a fuse and refused to come back as we reported a continuing issue! Our fan had been running non stop and blowing air and heat simultaneously! Todd and Clayton at Climate Warriors have addressed our air conditioning problem and they did so in a timely and respectful manner. Many thanks to CW for finding and fixing our problem! We will be using Climate Warriors going forward.

I'm so happy to have finally found a great HVAC repair company! The customer service was outstanding with fast scheduling, the technician was fantastic - quickly fixed the relatively small problem so Climate Warriors included the labor and connection gadgets in the diagnostic charge (diagnostic charge was $15 lower than the next lowest company). I'm a delighted customer and will refer friends & family to them!

Jacob was great! He made sure everything was working and installed a new thermostat for me. Very polite, great prices, will use again!

Super fast and reliable! They worked with us even though we were in a pinch and everything was said and done in about 2 hours. Clayton was really nice, and his expertise showed with how fast he was able to find the problem and fix it. Price was reasonable and we will definitely call them first next time we have AC problems!

Most recently, they made an after-hours service call and had actually diagnosed the problem, based on conversation, before they arrived. They made the repair quickly and saved the day (night!) Fantastic service. Woke up this morning with no heat. They came out they same day, diagnosed the issue fast, had the part in the truck, and boom! Problem solved. Would 100% recommend this company and will always be calling them for any future HVAC work needing done on the house.

Clayton and team did a great job with installing our new HVAC unit. Getting a new unit can be stressful, and quotes seem to be all over the place. Climate Warriors gave us a great price on the new unit, and installation. They were great with communicating during the process, and even offered to let us borrow some of their space heaters until the new unit was installed. I will 100% be calling these guys for any HVAC needs in the future!

It was urgent but they were able to accommodate and come within a couple of hours. They were able to identify the issue right away and fixed it quickly too. The service was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Climate Warriors…excellent name and excellent service. Heading into a winter storm I expected to have to wait until it passed to get my heat pump going again, but Clayton showed up not long after I called, methodically diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part and did it for a fair price. He had a good attitude as well! We will use this company again.

During the great shut in from the ice, they tried to talk me through fixing the problem because no one could get to my house and my heat wasn’t totally off. I thought it was very kind of them to try to help me when I was not a customer at that time. We were not able to fix it although we were able to try several things. They came afterwards when the thaw happened and he listened to me very closely and was able to figure out the problem. I thought the cost was very reasonable and they covered their shoes while they were in my house and they were on time and very respectful. They are now my go to company.

Super helpful staff. I needed a ceiling register I couldn't find in local stores or online. I called to explain what I needed and was told to come by. I did and was fixed up in minutes.

Shop Hvac supplies in both Conway and LR. This store is no doubt one of the best ones. Dealt with three of their employees and they were equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

When the blower motor I needed wasn’t in stock they took the time to find a compatible one that I could take with me same day.
