Called late and they were here early the next day. Our technician quickly identified the problem and cleared out our drain line. He even extended the drain line so it wouldn’t drip on our foundation. I’ve never had a bad experience with Middleton.

We had a routine checkup of our heat and air with Mr. Kendrick Hill. Aside that he did his job very well, he was polite and very respective of our property. Also, sending a picture of the technician beforehand is very much appreciated. Thank you Middleton Heat and Air. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely delightful technician. I loved that he used the shoe covering coming from the outside unit to the inside. He also asked first if the information provided to him as my problem was correct. I really appreciated first making sure we were on the same page. After his diagnosis, I was given the total price of the repair. I am really impressed.

Roland was very nice and professional.Comfirmed who I was and that he was at the correct address. Introduced himself and why he was there. Inquired if I had a dog because of the be aware of dog signs notice as he arrived. He explained what services he would preform and the order they would be done. After completing the services he informed me all was in good condition and if I had any problems later, questions and/or concerns to contact the office.
My wife and I was very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work and friendly customer service 😀

Our AC stopped cooling after a power outage. We contacted Middleton, and within a day Damon came out to assess the situation. He fixed the issue, explained what had happened thoroughly, and was courteous and pleasant to work with. An all around great experience, and another reason why we stick with Middleton Heat and Air.

Called Middleton late morning, Sage was there within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Identified and solved the issue. He also provided some options that may be beneficial down the road. Great experience and would definitely recommend Middleton and Sage to others.

First of all let me just say that I pay every month for a home warranty ( Choice Home Warranty) and like always it takes them 3-5 days before they can get any company to come out for ANYTHING. I do understand they depend on other parties for my service repairs but it’s still ridiculous. However, I called Middleton Heat and Air and they had someone to come out the next morning, sooner than my scheduled appointment. (Appointment originally scheduled with Middleton) Damon was they technician that came out and was probably the most thorough and knowledgeable guy I’ve ever met. It stinks that they’re not members of my warranty program but we may end up spending more money in the long run just to work with him and the Middleton family. This guy was great! Also, I felt like he was actually concerned about my problem and made sure I was aware of all my options!💪🏻💪🏻
