I 100% recommend Capital City Tree Service. The price is extremely reasonable and they do quick work and don't leave a mess behind. If you are in need of any tree work this is the company to call.

Matt and his crew arrived shortly before 1:00 today. They took down two fairly large trees and trimmed several others. Their teamwork and cleanup were impressive. They were gone by 3:30! Their price was reasonable and they made very sure I was pleased. I recommend with no reservations.

I am a property manager for a large medical company based in central Arkansas. I decided to use Capital City for a tree removal and stump grinding a few months back and I was over pleased with the professionalism of the whole crew at Capital City. They got the tree down, cleared away and grinded down to nothing in no time. I received a great quote from the get go and also the communication between customers and service men is top notch! I have since used them on other jobs for my company and have also suggested them to family members. When comparing prices and services, this will be your best bet! We had seven trees in our backyard to be removed. Brad and his crew got the job done quickly and professionally. I told him which trees to take and they did the rest, including a great job on cleaning up the debris and smoothing out the yard. I would highly recommend and I will be using them again to have more trees removed in the future.

I called capital city tree service about a 80+ ft. tree no other company wanted to touch for a reasonable price. Matt Shaw came out the next day and gave me a good price that didn't take my head off. His crew showed up and tackled the trees that have been scaring me for years. They were friendly, respectful and very professional. I couldn't be more please with the job. They cleand up after they was done like they was never there.. I will always use them in the future.

Matt, General Manager, came out to our home within a couple of hours of our initial inquiry about tree service. He gave us an estimate and scheduled the work to be done in a week. He called before then and was able to come earlier which worked great for us. Brad (the foreman) and his crew arrived on time and began soon after completing a walk through, along with Matt, of the work we needed done and signing the contract which Brad reviewed with us and promptly sent a copy via email.

We had one very large oak approximately 70 feet tall, close to our house with limbs reaching over the house and another oak close to some power lines. These were both in our backyard. They also trimmed and shaped several other trees. They used an amazing piece of equipment called a spider that can be viewed on their website. It helped them to maneuver around obstacles safely such as the power lines, fences, etc.

Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and obviously skilled in their work. We were very pleased with their service and the entire experience. We highly recommend Capital City Tree Service!

We had a huge tree in our backyard that needed to come down. It had hollowed out and was leaning towards the house. Matt came the next day to give an estimate and informed us that the tree needed to come down IMMEDIATELY. He called his crew and they were at our house within 30 minutes. Matt and his crew are very easy to work with and are very professional. They did everything they were suppose to with no problems. They showed up right away to remove a tree that feel on our roof during a major storm in Little Rock and had the tree off within the hour so Entergy could reconnect our service. I also thought they were very reasonable on their price to do the job. I would not hesitate to use them again for other jobs and will recommend them to our neighbors

Brad and his crew did a tremendous job removing 10+ trees and shrubs from my front yard! I was concerned about the size and scope of the task with all of our surrounding landscaping and landscape lighting, but Brad thoroughly communicated their plan and put my mind at ease. He and his crew meticulously removed the trees/shrubs and cleaned up all of the debris. I am extremely pleased with the results. These guys know what they’re doing and are quick, efficient, and offered an absolutely wonderful price for the work. They took down 3 massively tall trees in our backyard, trimmed the surrounding trees, and removed the stumps. They were able to tell us that our other trees were healthy, and they also take the time to clean up after the work is done. I would definitely use them again for any of our tree service needs!

We received an estimate right away with a more than fair price for the job. Capital City sent a crew when they said they would. The crew was polite and efficient-very easy to work with. These guys know their trees. The crew trimmed our trees not only with our needs in mind, but the health of the trees as well. Their cleanup was impeccable; you would never know they were here. We highly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to call them for any future needs!

I had a huge, dead (but still upright) tree that was threatening to fall on the house with each passing storm. Matt was super responsive and after stopping by to check out the situation gave me a very reasonable quote. He made it simple to set up an appointment for removal.

On removal day Brad Clemmons and his crew were right on time, then employed a special spider crane expertly to cut down the large tree. They removed all the debris and left the work site spotless.

I highly recommend Capital City Tree Service and will be calling them again for any future tree removal-related services of my own.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Brad and his crew were as efficient as it gets. They were on time to the minute, and the estimated length of the job was right on the mark. They were beyond professional, left everything cleaner than they found it, and went above and beyond. I can honestly say they provided the best customer service of any professional I’ve used in any yard-connected service. Five stars. I had never used this company and didn’t know anyone who had - but now I’ll use them and recommend them every time. Worth every penny.

We highly recommend this company. They arrived exactly as promised, went to work and within 2 hours, we had 2 trees down, 3 trees trimmed away from the house and they left the yard perfectly clean. Brad and his crew worked to please and asked several times, “Is that OK? Do you want more trimmed?,” etc. Great equipment, great people, and a great job!

They showed up on time. Communicated with the neighbors. Explained to me how they would proceed with getting the tree down and how they would clean up the area during and after the tree's removal. The next day the stump removal guy showed up on time and removed the stump and roots.

If I could give Capital City Tree Service 10 stars I would! Responded to our needs quickly and professionally and left my property better than it was when they got there. Thank you again and you can bet if I need you I will definitely use you again.

100% recommend this company. The work they did was top-notch and the price was beyond reasonable. The foreman running the job went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work they did. He even had his crew clean up one tree that we didn't even discuss because he knew I would see it another day in the coming weeks/months and would be disappointed I didn't have them take care of it when they were there.

The highest recommendation for the professional and attentive guys at Capital City Tree Service (including Jeff, Matt, and Charles)! I requested help a couple weeks ago getting a large fallen tree out of renters' backyard which was sitting up against the house and making backyard unsafe and un-usable. They had a crew on-site within hours and promptly remedied the situation, avoiding further damage to the property or house. In the weeks' since, they have been invaluable in helping me negotiate with insurance to ensure this got paid in full. I can't say enough good things about them!
