Giraffe Tree Services did a fantastic job of clearing out our overgrown backyard, trimming some trees, etc. They did exactly what I wanted and they had promised. The thing that surprised me the most was the courtesy and efficiency of the crew as well as the clean-up they did before they left. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They were amazing!

The estimate was fair. The work was done quickly in a professional way. There was minimal impact on the yard. Tina is great to work with in the office. We had to reschedule due to ice and she stayed on top of things to get my project done as soon as it was safe for the crew. Top notch.

I had a big gum ball tree that I wanted taken out of my back yard and some limb trimming in the front on an old oak tree. The price was reasonable and the service was great. The owner does the estimating and he knows his trees. The crew that showed up was professional and courteous and the clean up was better than I hoped for. Almost couldn't tell they were even there except for the missing tree and limbs. Will use them again in the future.

Service is unparalleled. The responses were timely, and the staff here goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service at all times. Our experience with Giraffe Tree service continues to be phenomenal from start to finish. I love Giraffe Tree Service!! We have used them three times now and I would recommend them to anyone. They always do everything on the list plus much more that they see needs doing. They clean up meticulously as they go and leave the place in mint condition. Not to mention that they are friendly and communicative!

I have used Giraffe twice. Dean is personable and clearly explained all my options for addressing my concerns. He knows trees, and I actually felt smarter after talking with him. Haley (in the office) is super responsive, friendly, and communicates clearly. We had to reschedule our service due to storms, and it was easy. Finally, the crew was scheduled to arrive between 8-9am, and pulled up at 8:00 on the nose. They were knowledgeable, eager, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done.

Professional start to finish. Took down a 60 foot oak tree a few feet from my house. Humongous canopy that stretched over the house. Houses on every side as well as across the street.
Power lines. Crew was skilled, friendly and left my property clean.
