Very disappointed. Was told stumps and roots would be ground down 6 to 8 inches. Not the case. My husband had him unload his machine to do a better job after he was supposedly done. That stump is great (the one he worked on) The other 2 I couldn't even prepare the area for planting after chip removal, because the stump and roots were sticking out of the ground 5 inches in some places. Sorry about the bad review. But you did meet the other bid, maybe they would have done the same bad job. Guess I should have handled this differently, but why should I have to tell it was unsatisfactory, should be done right 1st time.

Very prompt after texting on his way. Ground the stump and backfilled hole and cleaned up into a nice mound. Did leave a couple ruts on the yard, but, that's to be expected. Overall we were very satisfied.

I highly recommend stump busters! They came out in January to get rid of a tree stump and its roots. The same day the gave me my estimate (which was very reasonable) they were able to do the job.
A couple weeks ago, when we had all that rain, more roots had surfaced, I tried to dig them out, but they were too big. Stumpbusters came out and grinded up those remaining roots at no charge. I thought that was extremely nice and great business practice. I will definitely refer them to anyone that needs anything grinded up.
