Being that our church is in a historical district and was built in the late 1800's, we are now faced with major repairs from roofing to internal and external issues. I had all gutters surrounding my house replaced and installed by this company incorrectly. By doing so this has caused water to sit still and unable to drain properly causing my fascia to be pulled out do to the weight of the water not draining out correctly. Called the company just to be informed that they are not liable anymore. Their work is horrible and I am highly disappointed that I may have to come out of pocket to repair their mistake. I spoke with a supervisor who was rude and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this company and would take my business to other companies.

Tyler and Guy came out this week to clean our gutters (definitely needed it!) and check the roof.
They arrived right on time and got to work.
I told them about a couple places where I had concerns.
Once they were done, they reviewed everything with me, followed up on my questions and reassured me that the roof still has some life.

The gutters look great and no dirt or debris anywhere. Great job. Very friendly and helpful overall. (and all of this in 90 degree temps!)

Their team showed up on time, were easy to work with, worked well with my insurance company, acted professionally, prepared the area around the roof so as not to damage the plants, shrubs and decorations. They worked quickly, relatively quiet, cleaned up around the grounds, and completed the job on time. I would gladly hire them again without question.

Chris Tritt with PI worked with me on prices, explained the process, and helped me pick out my shingles! They were out at my house the week I followed up with their estimate.

John came out to assess a ceiling leak at my property that I thought was a roof leak, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism and service. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and thoroughly explained what was going on and the best options for fixing it. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t try to oversell anything, just focused on giving me clear, helpful information. But even before that, scheduling was also very easy and everyone I talked to at PI Roof was very nice and courteous.

Kyle was out to my house within about 90 minutes after calling when my roof started leaking. They found the source of the leak and repaired it quickly after explaining why the leak was occurring. Very professional and I would definitely recommend their services.

Called PI to come out and take a look at a problem with my roof. During bathroom remodeling, the remodeler pointed out that he could see the sky above a pipe that led to the roof. I saw it too. Called PI because I am still under warranty til 2017. They determined that it was normal wear and tear without ever coming out to look at it. If my handyman says otherwise, this could result in a lawsuit. ST
