Ski Brothers Heat and Air is ALWAYS the right call. The best peace of mind you can have is on the other end of the phone number at the bottom of this thermostat. They’re truly the best in the business, professional, trustworthy, fair and honest. I can’t say enough about them, not only will they offer a range of options, but they know what they’re doing so well that when they say it’s fixed, you can count on it. One call to Amber, and I had a friendly voice assuring me that someone would be out. The technician showed up when she said that he would and with no time wasted I was back in comfort, and felt that I should add the technician to the Christmas card list because he was so kind. I called for after hour service when our AC unit quit working. They arrived quickly and had us back to cold air fast. Service was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Very professional, on time and the most impressive thing was I called for a reason thinking I had an ssue and asking for repair and they were honest enough to tell me what to do on the phone and that it wasn't really service call worthy so that made me want to sign up for their annual membership to get my unit prepared for summer and winter. They could have easily scheduled that service call.

Matt diagnosed the problem and fixed it when others could not and made every attempt to save me money while doing it. I highly recommend Ski Brothers.

Aaron was great to work with and provided fair pricing and absolutely great service. They installed 3 mini splits for us and the workmanship was great, technician were knowledgeable and friendly. We are thankful we found them as they will be our go to for any HVAC needs in the future!!

I am very happy with the service Ski Brother's provided. We had our Air Conditioning System replaced, and Aaron developed the best solution, with better hardware, and at a reasonable price. Aaron and his technician's were polite, sociable, and very hard workers. And our house has never been more comfortable. I will only use Ski Brothers in the future, and i would recommend them to anyone

Great, fast service! They had a technician at our house 3 hours after I called with a problem. It took him about 45 minutes to get the broken part replaced and all was good again. Very happy with the service

I was leery about the recent change of ownership; however, the entire experience with Ski bros (from Christie, my scheduler, to Eric my Tech) has been outstanding! Christie was friendly, empathetic & efficient. Eric was the best tech I have ever worked with in 25 years, since the Russaws installed the unit originally. He solved problems I didn't know I had via his attention to detail & willingness to do whatever it took. Overall, one of my best experiences with the Trades!

The service was exceptionally good Kim, the young man who did the service was neat polite, and did his job. I would recommend him and Ski Brothers to anyone.

I bought a new unit a few years ago from these guys. It stopped working properly this week. Aaron came and figured out the problem ordered the part and Kim came out and installed it and my new fancy thermostat. Great prompt service. And best part was the part was under warranty so I'm just out for service and labor. Their prices are always reasonable. Thanks for always taken great care! Don't hesitate to call these guys!

My AC quit working and I called Aaron to come out and see what was going on. Aaron figured out what was wrong in about 3 minutes. He fixed me up and had it running in no time. Aaron and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and just good people! I highly recommend them!
