Very happy with my service they sent Ryan out to the house to fix my ac unit it took him about a hour to fix what needed to be fixed called them and within a 2 hour gap he wad the tec that called me and said he was on the way very reasonable price for a late night call thank you

My first time to need an AC repair. I called Lohnes bc they are local and have excellent ratings. They were quick to respond and took care of the issue. I recommend them to anyone.

I dont give 5 stars to everyone but I will for this one. Super friendly, fast, and efficient. It was late at night with a new born and ac wasn't working and someone came out at an affordable price. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys are very honest and professional! Other companies wanted to replace the entire unit when all it needed was freon. Lohnes explained everything up front so you never have to worry about hidden fees. Highly recommend!!!

Lohnes was very dependable, easy to work with and explained everything they did. I had my unit replaced in May 2022 and I’m sure glad I did with these awful summer temperatures!! My house has remained cool and comfortable on these 100+ days!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I have used lohnes probably 12 years. In todays times when people r flakey, don’t care etc Not Lohnes. Always great customer service and does everything as if it was for himself. The best and no one else will work on my heat and air.

Horrible service. Our air broke down 2 weeks ago & they showed up 2 hours late for the appointment without calling and letting us know!! Then it broke down again a week later and it's a fairly new system!! They refused to fix it!! We wouldn't trust them, they aren't who they claim they are. We would have given a negative star if it was available.

We’ve been using Lohnes for more than a decade in multiple homes. You will not find a better company or people to work with. Brandon & his staff are professional, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, and most importantly-HONEST. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve saved the day servicing our old AC units. This week it was finally time to replace the heating and ac units in our current home. Once again, Brandon & his crew saved the day. They went into the attic for the first time in this house and found that none of our duct work had been done to code. They quickly pivoted, replaced the duct work (with excellence), and finished the job of installing our new units-all within one day. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS possible! We love Lohnes. Family owned, local, and the best kind of people!

Wow! This company gave more than I even knew to ask for when looking for help. I originally contacted them to clean our vents and ductwork. After they looked at our system and listened to me talk about some respiratory issues, they did me a step better and first installed a UV system to kill all bacteria, molds, viruses, and lessen dust mite and animal dander, then to follow up with the cleaning. Let me tell you: The air in my home has never been SO CLEAN! It’s amazing! If it weren’t for them actually listening to me, I might have gotten only a clean system. But now I have clean healthy air too! I am now switching my service contract to them and look forward to better health.
