By happenstance, I met a worker a week ago and asked about Seaton Heat and Air. He said he really like working for the company and his philosophy was even though he shift might be over, if someone didn't have A/C, he wouldn't go home until it was fixed. That impressed me. It's currently late July with temps in the upper 90's and low 100's. MISERABLE right now!

I called Seaton to discuss their services and rates. Madison answered the phone and was friendly, helpful, and competent! I've been looking for someone to service our 3 units and their prices were VERY reasonable and half what I had been quoted by another company.

We set up an appointment for the next week. On the morning of the service, I received a text letting me know my service tech was on his way. The text also had a picture of him which let me know who would be in my yard and home. What a great feature!

Alejandro was also friendly and professional. He let me know what he was going to be doing inside and out with an estimate on how long it would take. I LOVE the communication from the company and from Alejandro!

Alejandro’s warranty service was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clear in his explanation of the service that he provided. There was no charge since it was part of the service accompanying the initial 2-year semi-annual warranty maintenance.

Micah was very professional and great to work with. He fixed our problem quickly and gave us several helpful tips to make sure that the problem didn’t happen again. I recommend him in this company to everyone I meet

Seaton Heat N Air is an upstanding co to hire for your HVAC and ductwork needs. This is a follow up post to the OP. Troy and Carlos did an amazing job finishing up my ductwork. Everything was clean and tidy before they left. Chris Seaton (owner) followed up with the final inspection. I can't say enough about the work Seaton did. I will be recommending them. Thank you!

Seaton heat n air CARES about their customers ! Fast service even at this time of year ! Honesty too ! Landon was very polite and did all he could to help. Showed me and explained to me why my furnace did not work properly . He showed me all the issues my furnace had and suggested an estimate for replacement ( found that we had a carbon monoxide leak and was terribly concerned also) got an estimate within the same appointment got a call the next morning with an installation appointment asap ! Seaton / Landon and his Co worker even offered some space heaters for us to use til we have the instal(3 days) . Amazing Customer Care , thank you Landon you did a fantastic job at keeping my family safe . Looking forward to install day and more amazing service . Install Day came and Troy and his co worker did an amazing job also . Install was done in no time and they kept everything tidy with drop cloths. Both were very polite and respectful . Gave us some time to get our dogs outside who were in a room with my son so they were out of the way . Very considerate too ! Seaton is a company I will use again and refer to others .
