Hats off to Erick Martinez for a fantastic job. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very effective with his work. Double checked everything and made sure he completed all that needed done. Very reasonable with their service call price. Would highly recommend them to anyone based on work done today!!

Seaton Heat N Air has been helping our small business for years. Chris Seaton and his staff always go out of their way to help keep our air conditioner going.

They not only work on smaller, more traditional heat and air units, but also work on our 16-ton unit for our indoor range.

I really appreciate Seaton and their entire staff. Most recently we had an AC quit. Their technician came by saw that the drain pan was filled with water, and fixed the situation. The cost was minimal and we were back up and cooling quickly.

Micah got here nice and early. Went straight to the unit, and found the problem right away. Had it fixed up and working normal so fast I was shocked! Outstanding work, would recommend for any future work!

Seaton has a cool text service feature to let you know when they are on their way, a name and picture of the technician and when they arrive.

I don't hand out 5 stars that often, but Seaton Heating and Air deserve this one!

Fast, friendly, reasonable price, however once I received the actual invoice from the office, it was more than what the technician quoted me. It was also more than what the body of the email said that had the invoice attached. The office person said that it was because the technician misidentified what kind of customer I was.

Brett was very polite, efficient and made sure we understood everything well. We’re really happy so far with our service! Would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with this AC company! Eric Martinez the technician was incredibly friendly, nice, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and fixing our issue. My wife also commented on how safe and comfortable she felt with him in our home, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Brett solved our problem quickly, designed the part that was needed, and came back the same day to complete the work. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. He is polite and friendly. Highly satisfied

Seaton Heat & Air did an excellent job for us from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. What really stood out was the owner, Chris, personally showing up four or five times throughout the day to check on the team and make sure everything was being handled appropriately.

The crew worked late into the night to ensure everything was flawless, and Chris even texted later that evening to confirm we were satisfied and comfortable. That level of service is rare these days, and it gave us complete peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Chris and the entire Seaton team to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-notch HVAC service.

Alejandro did a good job, but he did need to call in reinforcements to help him complete the job in the end, which I appreciated because it shows he might not know everything, but he has help. He was on time and could identify the problem, just not how to fix it right away. In the end all is good and I am cool once again. So glad I can call and get same day service within hours and not days.
