Had to replace a 4 ton package unit. They had a great price and installed it during the heaviest rain ever recorded for a day in August.

If I could give this company ten stars I would. The sub zero team were the best! Everyone was professional kind and friendly. This team installed a brand new condenser and air handler plus air ducts in my home for an affordable price. The team installed everything correctly and safely they ensured my family and I were safe as the team installed the equipment. Mr. Austin was very helpful and always kind. Any questions that I had he did not hesitate to answer my questions. He guided me through finance company process since I had to take out a loan, there were no hassles or going through hoops throughout this process. The team moved quickly and was in and out. If you're looking for affordable HVAC professionals sub zero is where you want to go!

Maverick arrived as scheduled and began service on our two heater systems. He spent two hours and a half performing his inspections. I had obtained a list of service items to be performed which I felt was a thorough performance check. I didn't watch him, but he showed me the check list he had recorded during the inspections, which were to added to my file. I was pleased with his work; he was friendly, helpful, and seemed knowledgeable. He even offered to return to the attic and replace a light bulb!

Good company with a fair price. Kyle was very pleasant to work with. This company is knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure everything is squared away. This is my HVAC service company going forward.

Highly recommend to anyone considering this company. They responded within a good amount of time when I first reached out and the technicians came out the very next day. The technicians, Kyle and Maverick, were able to find the problem with my AC unit and had it fixed quickly and efficiently while explaining everything clearly to me and my husband. Very happy and impressed. They came within 1.5 hours of my call. The cost was reasonable. And the technician, Austin, was GREAT. He didn’t mind (or didn’t show he did) all my questions and he was thorough not only in the job he did, but also explaining everything. When I have a future issue or know someone else that does, they are who I will call and recommend.

Super friendly people. Installation began within a day of accepting the bid. The guys performed the installation with a good attitude and finished in a timely manner. As far as I can tell everything seems to be working well.

There were things included in the estimate and final price that didn't get installed because they weren't needed. But the initial estimate didn't go down. Like the AC Disconnect box and the concrete slab that the condenser until sits on. If the estimate included them and they weren't replaced then the bill should have been less than the estimate.

My biggest fear came to life: my AC went out in the middle of the summer and my house was almost 90 degrees. Subzero Heat and Air had a tech out to my house in less than an hour and had the problem repaired. I am so grateful for Kyle and his prompt response. The process was streamlined and simple and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality customer service!!

They fixed our issue however my fiancé said that the technician was very rude. Putting two starts because not only did their service man have a bad attitude he called my landlord 25 times and cussed him out and tried to bully him into changing the review thinking it was me. Will not be using them again would recommend Searcy heating and air.

Austin was great we called on Saturday on a holiday weekend. No extra fee came right on out that day. The unit had a bad compressor. He repaired a leak and added a part. It ran great for a few hours. But the compressor went out that night at around 8 that night. Called and Austin answered said he’ll be over in 15 mins. Wasn’t expecting him to come back over that very day much less that night. He came over while it was dark and checked the unit. Finding out that the compressor had gone out it was an older unit so I wasn’t surprised. We set up a time for them to come install a new home unit inside and outside. Austin came out Monday with Kasey both super nice guys and put the whole unit in. We had to go without air for really just one full day. Most places there is no way it’d been done so quick on a holiday weekend or any weekend for that matter. The work appears to be done right and is working great right now. Writing this review
just shortly after they’ve finished. I’ll update if something changes but Austin and Kasey both were great right now I’d recommend for sure! Best air company I’ve ever used
