Living in Little Rock without air conditioning in September is like trying to bake cookies… except the oven is your whole house, and you are the cookie. When my AC went out, I was about five minutes away from moving into the frozen food aisle at Kroger.

Thankfully, the repair crew swooped in like heroes with tool belts, and within an hour, my house went from “sauna chic” back to “Southern comfort.” I can now sit on my couch without melting into it, and it no longer feels like sleeping in a Bikram yoga studio.

Five stars—because anyone who saves you from becoming human jerky in an Arkansas summer deserves it.

I just want to thank BRIGHT HVAC for coming out and servicing my unit. They were very efficient professional, nice and very knowledgeable about my unit. What I appreciated the most is how engage Calvin was and the constant feedback he provided on everything that they were doing from serving my unit to checking my filter in the house. The blower on our a\c went out and was obsolete and after the warranty company couldn't find a replacement they ordered a new unit to replace the one we had. When all was shipped Bright got it picked up and installed as soon as their busy schedule allowed them. It is all installed, the technicians were great, it is all good.

They were great all around! Fast installation. Wonderful service! So happy to have chosen them when I needed a new system! They had my new system installed the next day.

Zach came out first to assess the issue, and just a couple of days later, they returned to complete the repair. Since I needed a full system replacement, they had to order parts—otherwise, it likely would have been done the same day.
