Don't expect any customer service or phone calls. Set up an appointment for new installation. No Call No show. Called office several times, nothing but the run around.

Rich came out and gave us a killer deal on a complete mid-range tier Lennox unit, to replace our 20+ y/o one. It was also during the heat of summer, when they could have easily yoked the price up. Instead, they gave us one of, if not the best, A/C units, manifold, and all necessary equipment for the install, at an unbelievable rate!! They also gave us free R-22 freon (VERY expensive), at no cost, until our unit came in!!

Best part: his installers fixed our shoddy ducting system, at NO EXTRA COST!!

Any time somebody asks us about climate control in LR, we immediately direct them to Kennedy!

Fantastic company! Response time is second to none and their staff is always very easy to work with and really tries to find the issue and not just charge you a lot of money because they feel like it.

I don’t generally review companies but I have to give these guys 5 stars. Not only did they do everything I needed, they did it well and for a very fair price. Additionally, they took the extra time to do it right and make it “pretty”. Even ran into an unforeseen issue, told me about it and told me the solution. After dealing with other contractors I was nervous and asked “does this raise my price”. I was told “no sir, we bid the job and will stick to our price just letting you know we have to do some more work”. Just downright exceptional people from sales to service.

Came by to assess our ac, said he would send us an email with a quote and never did. Called the office and asked for an update, person on the phone said she would make sure he got back to me but he never did even then....waited so long for initial appt then never a follow-up in Arkansas heat wave? Not impressed with them whatsoever.

I had a 12 year old system that had never had as much as a service call. I decided it might need their 79.00 clean up (which ended up being 107.00) I got home from work and my wife said the service man Fred never got in the attic. I called back and they sent him back out the next day. He was very mad and steel toed my wife that he had no CO2 to blow out my lines and left. The very next day my unit was leaking (as noticed by the oil around the fittings and I on the lines) I called back and they sent another service guy and he told me my unit was shot and would go out soon!!! Wow!!! I guess he had ESP because just as he prophesied, the very next day the compressor went out. I called another service guy and even he said there was a 50-50 chance that Fred had sabotaged my unit. I made phone calls and went by the office and finally Mr. Kennedy called me and when I told him the story he said he was tired of my malarkey. $6000 later a very good and honest company came and installed another unit. These people according to everybody I talk to are nothing but a bunch of crooks and are known to sabotage units to make money. Never ever use this company.

The technician, Nathan showed up as scheduled for the twice yearly contracted inspection. He asked briefly for equipment location and any barriers or precautions. He was thorough and answered questions professionally and personably. There were a few problems found, including some irregular work from previous installations, which he corrected. The outdoor condensers were inspected and cleaned. In all, this was a great experience and I commend and recommend this employee highly! This makes the service contract even more valuable than it is already!

This is a company that's done over $25,000 at work on my house and I haven't had any problems until recently. They sent a technician to do a diagnostics on my heat pump. The first technician couldn't even access the high and low pressure so I had to call someone else out. The next technician then stated that I need a new fan, which I'd already told them I needed a new fan and quoted me 540. the second technician then also said that I probably needed two to three pounds of freon because it stated it was low on his gauges. he then said they also needed to clean one side of the coil and that would be $150. He stayed at the all told it would be probably $1,000 and I should consider just getting a new system. I called Bob and Ed's out as they have done some work for my neighbor. They replace the fan for less than $500 and everything works beautifully and cool well.

When I have people work for me, trusting them has Paramount's and I can clearly no longer trust this company. they initially said they would reverse the diagnostic charge, but then apparently changed their minds without notifying me. I would strongly recommend not using this company anymore.

Came 5 different times to fix and never could find the leak. Never got a call back.
Find someone competent. Very unprofessional.

Called on a Monday to have them look at my heater. Didn't receive a call back that day called back the next day got put on the wait list. Then around 1 got told the tech was on his way but then his truck broke down. Called at 330 to find out if anyone was coming. Where I got told there was a do not service note.
Called another company to come out and fix it. And that's when I find it was previous work done by kennedy heat and air that was the problem.

Do not call kennedy under any circumstances. Call arkansas air flow. Nice people very. And are very thorough.

Received credit collection bill, but never a bill from Kennedy! Office manager was abrupt. Said bill was mailed, I never received it. Said called my wife; not sure about that, possible. But to send a bill to collections before sending it to a customer, will never recommend Kennedy to anyone! She should have let me talk with the owner.

Prompt and friendly service, very reasonably priced, and knowledgeable about my AC problems and how to fix it quickly. Will definitely use again!

We hired these guys to change out our outlets and light switches. After they left three light fixtures and a couple of outlets didn't work. They came back out an hour late the next appt to tell us all of our fixtures went bad at the same time so we needed to pay them more to fix it the fixtures. We didn't have any other option but to hire another electrician and he came out and the didn't hook up a neutral on one of the outlets which in turn knocked out the other outlets and switches.
