This company has really stepped up its game. The last 2 technicians that came out were top drawer. They were very thorough. The first one for the semi-annual PM, spent a lot of time checking, cleaning, and making sure all the mechanics were as they should be. The second one, Kyle, was equally thorough, helping us figure out why the A/C unit wasn't effectively cooling the house. As it turns out, it's because the Nest thermostat connected to the unit wasn't getting enough power to effectively run the system. It worked fine for the furnace, inadequate for the A/C. Had Kyle not spent the time diagnosing and eliminating other possibilities, I never could have figured that out on my own. Highly recommend AAF.

Our Air conditioner went out last night, 7/17/2025 So the next day I called Arkansas Air Flow, they were here when they said they would be and being very hot I really wanted to let other potential customers know they are honest , it was just a blown capacitor. Now in this day and age honesty is rare and they could have said my compressor was bad and I would have had them replace it , think about that . Love these guys and will use them again. The service tech was kowledgable of his job and efficient in his work methods.Because the service call was late in the day they were unable to gets the necessary parts and the tech had to make temporary emergency repairs to get us through the night. He then returned the following morning with the correct parts and made permanant repairs. Everything is working great.

As always have taken care of me and my old house beyond great. They are polite and professional and understand the old house is put together different from a new one. We found that out this last week. The old house pushed our patience. I wouldn't trade Arkansas Air Flow or any of the employees for another company. Thank-you

Amazing service from amazing people. I called just to see if they did any plumbing and sure enough they can take some plumbing jobs. They came out for our small job and were really great. They have also serviced our ac unit and were very thorough. Customer service, quality of work, and speed of being able to get on their schedule is great compared to other companies. Outside unit of our heat pump started making loud noise. Called Kennedy and Nathan came out and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the fan motor.
He was professional and now the unit is running smooth and quiet.

Excellent service.

Have used Kennedy for 45+ years and have no complaints. They are on time, fairly priced and customer friendly. Recently they have replaced both HVAC units and all is good. Office staff is very friendly and responds very quickly.
