The gentleman who came to the house was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Got our system up and running which given its age is no small feat. When we had occasion to meet the owner, he was he was truly a beacon of humanity. This is more than just a business. Can't recommend enough, especially with a lot of wanna be's popping up to get an easy paycheck in this Arkansas heat.

Bill Lea has been taking care of my mother's home for decades. I wish all small businesses were as customer friendly as this one. I strongly urge you to give them a call the next time you are needing HVAC services!

I used Bill Lea Service to install my heat and air when I built my new home. They did a excellent job. They have done all my service and repair work. They are good at what they do and are easy to work with.

I utilized Bill Lea Service today because my AC was working really hard, but the house was cooling down. They came out right at 10:30am and had it fixed within an hour. Pricing was way better than I thought it would be. Highly recommend. A+

Replaced outdoor unit (Condenser) and indoor unit (air handler). Excellent work! They were very responsive with my requests and professional when dealing with the details of our new system. We were able to fit into their schedule within 3 days and now we are relaxing in the AC just before the temps start rising. This company provides the hometown hospitality. Very fair price and workmanship from the lead and apprentice. In the end the leadman explained how the system functions and proper maintenance. Job took less than a days work and the clean up was perfect. HIGHLY recommend!

I live in Southern California and have a rental property in NLR. A few really hot days in AR put my A/C to the test so a friend referred me to Bill Lea Service for maintenance. Deana was so friendly and helped me get someone over to the house asap. They did a thorough maintenance on the unit, and the home is nice and cold again!

Bill Lea service is the best heat and air service I have ever used. They are efficient, on time, and professional! My air went out shortly after July fourth and it was extremely hot. I called several name brand companies that couldn’t come out till the end of next week. Bill Lea came out the same day I called. Got my air working in a timely manner. They understood the circumstances I was in. They charged me a reasonable price that I could afford to pay. I would highly recommend Bill Lea heat and air service to everyone.

Bill Lea Service continues to provide great service to two units they installed almost two years ago now.

Last visit for example appeared to be a capacitor. It was replaced and yet the tech waited around for almost an hour to be sure the unit continued to work without any other issues.
