This is a great place of business. They do residential and commercial. I understand that they have seen and done it all and can customise whatever your needs demand.

We so appreciate the team at Arkansas Air Flow. Our showroom had struggled for years with HVAC issues. During our renovation they helped design a new duct / HVAC system that has addressed all of our issues. They have been extremely responsive any time we've had a need for service or even just had a question. We would definitely refer them to others and plan to make them our "go to" for anything HVAC related going forward.

I'm not one to post unfavorable reviews, however due to the nature of our troubling history with AAF has forced me to do so. Purchased 2 AC units 15K from Blake Lewis 5 yrs ago and now our troubling business relationship has ended. A 5 yr journey starting with initial install disaster encompassing a disastrous ceiling repair, component failures, heat exchanger change outs, blowing breakers, afterthought insulation wrapping makes me question if they understand the Trane product sold. Most recently the compressor has failed which turns out to be the final straw. They now refused service stating they feel AAF will never make us happy because I complain, Really! Forcibly I have found another company to provide warranty service at half the cost of AAF. Unacceptable business practices on any scale.

12/01/2025... the previous review still applies. AAF will continue to be my preferred vendor for HVAC service and repair. Service techs are courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I have recommended AAF to my neighbors and family members. Keep it up AAF. See my previous review below...

I've been with Arkansas Air Flow for over 10 years. They keep my house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Every since I started the preventative maintenance program I have not had any breakdowns. I recommend that you use them for all your HVAC needs.

We have used Arkansas Air Flow for quiet awhile now and have always been well satisfied with their performance on both our Air and Heat. They are always prompt and if running behind will get in touch. Tech is always polite and efficient. The office crew is very competent and gets scheduled in a timely manner.

Jacob did an excellent job. He was on time, efficient and explained everything well.

My A/C went out and I didn't know until I got an email from my nest thermostat while I was at work. When I got home it was 90°inside. I called several places, most were unable to come out same day, or would have to send an after hours tech for a much higher rate.

Arkansas Air Flow was able to send someone in less than 4 hours, for less than half the cost of the other service that would be able to come same day. Before they arrived they sent a picture of the technician that would be doing the work so I would know it was the right person when they came to the door, which I really appreciated.

He was able to get the problem fixed and the bad part replaced in less than an hour, and came upstairs to take temperature readings on the air coming out to be sure the problem was resolved before he left. He also let us know of a yearly service contract offered through the company to help with preventative maintenance and cleaning twice a year.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received, I have already recommended them to two of my friends if they ever have any issues, or to get signed up for their service plan.

Our technician took his time checked everything inside and out. He commented that he always treats everyone’s system as if it was his own and I truly believe he does. Thanks Mate.
