Don't use this company! I called 4 times and never got a call back. When I did get a call back, they didn't follow thru with the repair.

I love these guys. Ivan is the technician who I always request. He is professional and kind and made friends with my dog so I don't have to put him up they went over and above a couple years ago to patch my unit along because I'd already had an expensive repair to a different part. Will always use them.

Bill Lea Service came out and replaced the thermostats in my house. It was a great experience. Their response time for customers and overall service is excellent. Ethan is always great!

Although the fix was more than I was expecting, Bill Lea Service was a pleasure to work with. The technician was able to come early and quickly diagnosed the issue. Ivan was wonderful. He arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection/tune-up of the heater. He also went above and beyond and checked out a spot where I thought there might be a duct leak, but it turned out to be an old satellite dish that fell over and caused a hole in the roof. He took pictures for me so that I can pursue it with confidence about the issue. I really appreciate that extra effort.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. It’s a snowy tundra outside with temps dipping into single digits for the next few days and we woke up with no heat. John tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone (after I woke him up probably) before swinging by and fixing it himself. Probably the only car on the road just to help us.
