The guys from Bright showed up on time asked a few questions, and went to work. They had to replace both my AC unit and heating system. They completed the work in a timely manner and was very professional. I highly recommend them to any who needs a new system. Also they have financing available if need which was big blessing for me. During the recent snow storm, my heat went out. My unit is only 2 yrs old, so I knew it was not completely broke. I called my home warranty company, Choice HOME Warranty, to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it went out on Saturday, after the 1st snow. The company only had 2 trucks that could make it in this weather. So I wasn't able to get help til Tuesday. They quoted 1pm-4pm, but they made it by 11am! They were very nice and respectful, and more than punctual!! I will call them again.

Great company to work with, professional and on time! Service tech nathan was great! He came and did a thorough inspection due to my AC unit not working,found several issues and sent a detailed report to my home warranty company. Based off his detailed report, I was able to get my 4ton package unit replaced! Very grateful for them and their service. Highly recommend them!!

Bright HVAC is absolutely the best! They came out and helped me replace my air conditioning system, making the process very affordable and stress-free. The financing options they offer made the whole process seamless! I am now enjoying my new Amana AC system which cane with an incredible warranty, that gives me total peace of mind. From the start Nathan (owner) was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of on the installation, and the equipment warranty process was complete. Also a shout out to Logan, the initial technician, he was extremely thorough, helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending Bright HVAC to everyone I know!

Having my furnace go out on New Year's Day was not how I wanted to start 2026..but.. Being put in contact with Bright HVAC was a great way to start it! They are so friendly and kind. They are knowledgeable and thorough. On time and conscientious. They finished the installation and cleaned up so well that you could not tell anyone had been there at all. The communication was amazing! I am not a young person but Nathan, Calvin, Stephanye and the Bright team provided the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! I will never use another company!!!

We recently purchased 2 systems from a previous contractor who will no longer answer the phone. Systems are under warranty and we wanted the systems tuned for the fall. We called Bright and they came out the next day. Nathan was extremely thorough and changed our filters, and heaters were checked. Nathan agreed to pick up the slack for the other company and, Bright would help us maintain our systems and replace any parts down the line needed. Kyle was awesome to work with - I was referred to the company and couldn't be more pleased. I received reminder texts about appointments, the visit was extremely efficient, and they have a member program for future visits, services, and perks included! Highly recommend.

First, I would like to thank Sub Zero for responding so quickly to assess my unit. Austin came out and was able to determine the issue, and gave honest feedback on my options to go about getting my house back warm. The company then contacted me, and was able to get me a scheduled install the next day. The crew that came out was very polite and professional. Overall, I am very happy with my service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend working with them for any HVAC needs.

I’ve been using Sub Zero for over a year for maintenance, as well as trouble calls for my 15+ year unit. They have always been punctual and helpful, explaining what is going on and what they can do to help. Kyle has been our technician several times and is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a really nice guy.

Subzero Air Conditioning & Heating is the best company we’ve found in years. If you are looking for help with central heat and air units I highly recommend this company. I also recommend the technician named Maverick! Also another technician who came today named Kyle. He was professional, courteous, very well mannered and got the job done "like a Boss".

Austin and his team are awesome people. Late writing this review, I wanted to “break” the system in for a bit before I did. We had our new system installed in August ‘23 and is has been great since day 1. Austin was very honest and upfront about the different options we had to chose from and what he recommended. I couldn’t recommend this company anymore!

Called Sub Zero after a competitor told me I had to replace my AC unit for $7k. Austin came out found the issue and fixed it at a MUCH cheaper price saving me thousands of dollars. He also found an issue with my upstairs unit and fixed it as well that i didn't even know about. Really happy with the work and professionalism of this company.

Sub Zero serviced my furnace 2 months ago. I was assured it was in good shape & would be fine through the winter. Last night, it stopped working. Despite advertising themselves as 24 Hour service, it took hours for me to get a call back. I had better luck getting service from another company.

Great service from the SubZero technician- Maverick. Very professional and thorough. Fixed warranty issue with our split-level AC. This company has been very pleasant to work with and very responsive. Thank you also to Austin for responding to this warranty issue within 24 hours
