Dreaded A/C death in the middle of the night in Sherwood in the middle of heat-dome summer week! Seaton called me back promptly with an appointment where others did not.

Troy M. arrived promptly, and was professional, informative, and skilled! He was kind enough to educate me with every question asked. An honest technician, if everyone with Seaton is this way they’ve cracked the code for customer service. We have cold air again. ☃️

Seaton Hear N Air was able to accommodate for a same day technician to come out. Micah Linn arrived right at 1, scheduled to arrive between 1 & 3. After explaining what had happened, he immediately knew where to check first. His suspicion was correct and he expertly solved my issue in less time than it took to schedule the appointment. Once that was solved, helped me set up my thermostat and ensured it was working correctly. He just kept on going! He noticed that my drain was clogged, offered to drain it on the spot, and another issue solved within minutes! He informed me about a cleaning and inspections service where they come out twice a year, obviously I had to sign up for that. His customer service and professionalism was top notch! Seaton has a lifelong customer out of me!

I cannot recall ever having a nicer more professional technician than Sean. That man needs a cape instead of a uniform shirt!! Seaton I hope you take care of Sean and keep him around! Seaton's technician, Micah, performed our Spring Check today. He was very professional and personable. He took his time to do a great job. We appreciated also the time he took to answer all our questions.

They were also quick at sending someone out to quote the system replacement, ordering the equipment, and finishing the install. They had financing options available AND an included 2 year maintenance package that made them stand out from similar quote. Very happy with the outcome!

I had to call for emergency weekend help due to my AC going out on a Saturday afternoon. Within 30 minutes of calling they had a technician on their way. Brett was very helpful - he checked everything thoroughly and even though he wasn’t able to get me back up and going, we were able to make a plan for the next steps to come Monday morning.

Great service and good prices. Hopefully their follow up service is as good as the initial visit. They replaced 2 complete systems both 3 ton and furnaces. Every thing except ductwork. 👍🏻👍🏻

Very pleased with the service! They came out and fixed it within a hour. Only strange part was they fixed it before confirming we were okay with paying almost $500 bucks. Might be worth clarifying upfront with the technician that you expect to get an estimate of repair cost and approve it before the work is done. Other than that, it was great service and got our air on same day. I also believe the price was reasonable based on what they said was replaced.

Seaton's is The Best of Best. They are Professional and Respectful. Customer service is important to them. Erick was fantastic. Someone from my church told me about him. Sean did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable on what to look for and he found the problem.once he found the problem he also showed me where and what it was. He educated me on how it happens and what to do to prevent it from happening again. Afterwards he showed me the defective part and the new part that he was replacing. Before he left my home he also gave me pointers on how to keep my thermostat from freezing again. I highly recommend him.
