The gentlemen with Sub Zero Heating and air got our air back up and running after it was discovered our refrigerant system was damaged. They were very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and took great pride in their company. They also took the time to help us figure out a price that worked best for us. Came in and got the job done and air back flowing in no time. They are high on the recommendations list! Thank You!

We called to make an appointment expecting it to be at least a few days down the road, but just after twelve Kevin arrives and in just a short time , after diagnosing the problem ( needed a new blower) and chasing down the part and in no time were up and running. Great job.

Kyle was awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He arrived promptly, explained options clearly and worked late on a Sunday night to make sure my AC was fixed. Highly recommend!

I’ve been utilizing this company since 2021/2022 and wrote a review then. The reason being is due to the integrity of Austin on my very first house call. He was so honest, as so many other big time owners in this business were not at the time I needed help. I had just bought the house with the older unit. Austin actually refunded the money that my home warranty charged me. He told me back then that eventually I’d need a new AC, because the one I had was on its last leg. Wellll…3-4 years later, the leg fell right on off 3-days ago.

My home warranty only wanted to patch up things and said nothing was wrong. Although they no longer do home warranty work, I made a call to Subzero because I have a service plan. Kyle came first thing that morning and did all he could do to save the AC’s leg just to get me through the rest of summer. He gave warning that it was time to prepare to pull the plug, because the leak was large and had started affecting other components. Knowing this already, I still tried to hang on, but she just couldn’t make it overnight, and I didn’t want it or myself to suffer any longer.

Casey came out to assess the situation, explained what was needed, and provided a detailed written explanation as well. I was quoted a reasonable price and received discounts. The next day, he and Jonathan arrived around 8:00 AM and did not leave until after 6PM. It was not a rushed job; they cleaned up after themselves; and I am so happy that this beautiful unit is now blowing ice cycles and snowballs! ❄️ 🧊 🥶

I know that my review is a little or a lot “extra” but I appreciate them.

Thanks so much Kyle, Casey, and Jonathan for all you do. And I am so very proud of how much Austin’s company has grown over these last 4-years.

Technician was polite, friendly, responsive to questions, patient, and explained with sufficient detail what and why he accomplished the things he did. I feel very comfortable having him complete additional work in the future. He and the company responded in a timely fashion for a reasonable price according to friends in the construction trades. An all around good experience... other than the A/C dying in the first place during the hottest time of the year so far! Kyle and company minimized the discomfort!

They went above and beyond in service from what I've experienced in a long time. They quickly found a unit for my home and professionally installed it. It was significant that they also diagnosed and remedied a potential problem, that could have shortened the life of the new unit. I was treated with respect and dignity. They all fielded my questions well and answered professionally. The owner worked to be cost effective for me and completed the job with expertise and on schedule as promised. Kyle came out promptly the morning of my repair request. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was wrong with my HVAC system. He quickly fixed the problem with our system and stayed until he was certain our unit was 100%. I will definitely be using Sub Zero Heating and Air again!!!

Subzero reached out by text at the perfect time. I needed my heating furnace serviced. The technician found a couple of minor issues & now everything is all good! Im glad it was serviced before it gets really cold.
I also signed up for the Comfort Club.

Kyle was awesome! He is really personable and completed the repair very quickly. I will defiantly use Sub Zero again when something else inevitably breaks. Their service fee practices were far better than another competitor.

Absolutely the best HVAC service around. Not only are Kyle and Austin the most friendly crew around, they are very reasonably priced and quick to respond. Kyle fixed an issue with my heat pump and just charged a nominal service fee (I was afraid something had really broken on the system). I recommend SubZero to everyone.

I decided to go with the VIP Good Energy Savings Maintenance plan (very affordable), and I feel great knowing our unit is in good hands for its entire lifespan. Kyle delivered top-notch maintenance service for our unit. Kyle was right on time for the appointment and gave me and my husband a detailed rundown after finishing up. He even went the extra mile by sealing up some spots in the attic where air was leaking out. He was super helpful in answering all my questions about the unit. Sub Zero is really organized when it comes to scheduling appointments, sending out text reminders the day before and on the day itself, plus they email service invoices too. In our last home, we had a fantastic local HVAC company looking after our system for a whole 10 years before we moved. Sub Zero is absolutely a gem for us, and highly recommend them!
