Mark was on time and ready to go. The job had two parts, one of them tentative. We discussed the tentative one and decided replacement was the better option to cleaning. He knew that might happen, in advance, but did not try to sell me into doing it regardless. Seldom do honesty and ambition go hand-in-hand as well as they do with this gentleman. Oh, and Job 1 was completed quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly, with minimum disruption. I would recommend him highly.

Have been using SunClean Carpet Care for over 10 years. At first, I liked the fact that Mark uses environmentally friendly, non-toxic products to clean which was especially important when my son was a toddler. I have continued using him because he provides excellent service, is 100% reliable, friendly and our carpets look and smell great afterwards.

Mark was so gracious to make time to clean the carpet for a rental condo as I was leaving in three days time!

He was very fast answering our inquiry. He was on time, very professional. I knew that my carpet was in great hands. After a short visit of our appartment, I left him alone and checked back later. He had manage to lock the door even though I told him it was ok to leave it unlocked (our apartement was empty) and everything was very clean. We are extremely satisfied with Mark's work. We had chosen him based on his excellent reviews and the fact he uses eco-friendly products to work. He really did deliver.

Mark is so quick and thorough and easy to work with. We have two dogs so our couch and rugs were *rough* when he arrived. He did a bang up job - we will def be hiring him again.

Mark is very easy and nice to deal with, and his prices are very fair. He does not use a lot of loud equipment and hoses like other services. Your rugs won’t get soaked. He works by hand where necessary. Everything smelled clean and fresh when he was done, and there is a visible difference in the rugs - they look more vibrant and perked up.

I love his service he is very friendly, efficient. I consider him to be a miracle worker when it comes to carpet

Fantastic service, reasonably priced and knowledgeable/friendly people to boot. I genuinely thought our upstairs wall-to-wall carpet was a lost cause, but Russell and Daniel brought it back to life looking almost brand-new. We will absolutely have them back on a regular basis to keep things from getting out of hand again.
