I am amazed every time Russel and his crew makes it out to our house. They always bring our carpets back to what feels like brand new. Having a toddler doesn’t make that feeling last very long, but knowing we can call Russel and save us from any potential disaster is reassuring. Can’t say enough good things, happy to have found such a wonderful business.

My carpets are 15 years old and I have 2 large dogs that track in all kinds of dirt and 2 kids and my carpets actually look brand new after Cleaner Carpets cleaned them! I've had my carpets cleaned by several companies in the past and none of the previous cleaners were able to get my carpets anywhere close to as clean as Cleaner Carpets. I've had Cleaner Carpets clean my carpets several times in the past and the only reason I even tried other companies is because Cleaner Carpets was already booked up on the days I was looking for, but the other companies were really a waste of money because the carpets didn't get anywhere as close to clean as when Cleaner Carpets cleans them. If your #1 priority when hiring a carpet cleaner is to have your carpets as clean as possible, this is the company to hire!

Russell Scotchguarded two couches for me, and we are very happy with the job. He was very responsive to my online inquiry and had a next day appt for me. His price was better than competitors, and he and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Would definitely use him again.

Russell and Matthew did an extraordinary job with my classroom carpet! We had many coffee/soda stains on the floor, as well as many other marks. Russell was incredibly easy to get ahold of and came over the same day to give me a free quote, then scheduled a very convenient time to come over and clean the carpets. I could not get all the classroom chairs stored away and he was happy to clean one side of the floor then help me move the chairs and clean the other! When next we need our carpets cleaned, Russell is our guy!

cleaner carpets did a fantastic job on our area rugs and carpet when they were here last week. we have Karastan rugs and multiple dogs running around on them, laying on them, sleeping on them, etc. the rugs look and smell brand new when they are done cleaning. the same for the off white carpet--looks and smells brand new. it's like a miracle it's so amazing! highly recommend. thanks so much Russell and crew (-:

Fast and friendly service! Knowledgeable about getting stains out caused by pets. Our old cat tends to throw up so it was nice to finally get our rug refreshed like brand new.

We had a fire at our house and he came and did what he could to help with the water damage and came by in a hurry too. Definitely recommend this service and keep him on call.

THEY DON'T SHOW UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. They no-showed on me two different times in the same week - first on a Monday, and then four days later on Friday (the day they asked to reschedule). No advance notice provided that they wouldn't be able to make it.
