I've been acquainted with the owner of Worry Free Carpet Cleaning, Robert, for over a year now through online platforms. He is well-regarded and esteemed within our professional circle. Robert regularly offers valuable advice and guidance on the cleaning procedure to novice cleaners and is a trailblazer in the creation of carpet cleaning gear. His enhancements in design have been adopted by leading manufacturers. The review by Terry Washington appears to contain discrepancies that are common misrepresentations made by the company she alleges she contacted to rectify the situation. Every stain returned? Baseboards bubbled due to the water? Nothing can be done? These are simply fear-mongering tactics employed by companies that do not use the method recommended by all top carpet manufacturers, which is Hot Water Extraction, the method Worry Free Carpet Cleaning applies. Im disappointed in their service, my couch is still dirty. The tech who came did a quick job and you can see the lines of dirt still on couch from where he missed. I called to speak to manager, have not gotten a call back. Spent WAY too much to still have a dirty couch and stinky with whatever scent/chemical he used.l

My experience with this company was very poor. Originally scheduled to start between 9:00 and 12:00 they then told me there was a scheduling problem and I repeatedly got phone calls telling me they would now be here at 1:00, then 2:00, then 3:00, then told they were finding another technician to come instead. Then the other technician called saying he was scheduled to come at 6pm. I tried calling the office but no one seems to have any idea what is going on, and were not able to put me in touch with any supervisor or owner. They also were very cagey about their pricing and would not give me pricing for any Services other than their most basic Steam cleaning, telling me they would give me the pricing for all other work done once they were on site. I would not recommend anyone use this company , they wasted my entire day stringing me along rather than just saying they couldn't make it. Neither of the technicians were named Wyatt or the other names mentioned in the other positive reviews, it's possible the people that were getting such positive reviews no longer work there?
