I am in commercial and residential real estate business. I have worked with many contractors over the years. I find the Quezada Pro Landscape to be among the very best I have done business with. They have done our tree service over the past 10 years. Their service is very professional, honest and friendly. They truly enjoy what they do and care about the business, their customers and trees. They have a passion for the business and building relationships and it shows.

My HOA has used Quezada Pro's services several time over the past 2 years. They deliver what they promise as scheduled. We found them to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. No job is too small or too large for their services. We won't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I had an unsightly tree stump in my front yard that I wanted removed. I am a "git 'r done" kind of guy and normally do things like this myself; however, I thought I would just see what someone would charge me to do this for me. I called around to 4 or 5 places and of those, My Tree Experts were the only ones to respond at all. Their response was timely as well. I arranged for an estimate and the guy showed up on time. He was very professional and gave me a quote that was far less than I thought it would be. The price was completely reasonable, so we came to an agreement and scheduled them for 2 days out.
Their crew showed up on time and were also very professional. No joke, the majority of the crew left 15 minutes after they started as they bulk of the stump was gone and they had removed the wood chips and cleaned up. The guy on the stump grinder stayed to finish doing his part, including grinding a few feet outside of where the stump came out of the ground. This was done to make sure I had level ground where it had previously been raised by the roots. He even packed down the area for me.
I just couldn't be more pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

I had tons of questions and doubts but these guys came in answered my questions and did a great job and had great pricing.

My Tree Experts has the right tools and skills for all your arboreal needs. Fast, quiet and neat. Big jobs no problem. They do have a minimum, check ahead to make sure you have enough work for them.

Excellent work and very professional! Trimmed all of our trees precisely. Also protected our other plants and lights and left the yard looking spotless. Appreciate the attention to detail and care.

The "My Tree Experts" team is really excellent!!! They are very professional, punctual and did an excellent job cutting down 2 orange trees squeezed between 2 houses. They cleaned up everything properly after the tree removal work. Their pricing is very reasonable! Efren is very friendly and so are his entire team mates. I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!!!

They did an amazing job. We had a gigantic willow tree that was affecting our plumbing they came,they gave us the estimate and they did everything they said they were going to do. They left the place very clean very respectful.

Made appointment and they never showed up nor called to reschedule just let me sit waiting for them...

This company was hired by my neighbor to trim a tree. They damaged my fence and have not repaired the damage in over 3 months.

was pleased with work they did last year. Asked back this year got a quote was promised appt for week of 1/15 never heard Back. called today to find he didn't schedule till 1/25. Totally wasted my time. Told him at est it was time critical. Now I have to start over. Thanks for nothing. Get it in a writing a handshake means nothing to this company

Not good. Hired him to remove two trees and cleanup. His crew forgot one of the main cleanup items. I had already paid him the $550. but he will not return to pick up the item he left behind.

I have never had a problem with Ureno Tree Service, in fact it is just the opposite. They have done work for us at least five times. Our neighbor recommended them to us and we have always had a great experience.

This company did great work taking down a 35 foot tree at my parent's house a few years ago, but my experience with them a few weeks ago at another family house was poor. A rep came out to provide an estimate for cutting as low as possible several large shrub stumps, and a price of $300 was provided. The rep said he would call back to schedule the work, but that call never came. Its not a huge job like the one they did a few years back, but it is work we still need done.

Ureno Tree Service

I had a very concerning experience with Ureno Tree Service. They completely blocked a bike path, creating a major safety hazard for cyclists. This is a serious OSHA violation, and it put riders at risk. I reached out to their office and requested a callback from the owner, but despite multiple attempts, my concerns were dismissed.

This level of disregard for public safety and customer feedback is unacceptable. Irvine residents, I encourage you to speak up about this issue so that companies operating in our city prioritize safety and accountability.
