After approximately after 4 visits I showed your employee the large patches of dead grass. He said the cause was grubs and his treatment would take care of the problem. It did not help as the grass is even getting worse. I think the 3rd person had no idea what to suggest.

Richard took care to identify sprinkler heads before starting and did a thorough job of aerating the lawn. Let's hope the grass seed he put down starts to grow!

This is my first year with TRUGreen maintenance program and so far we have been happy. My tech for all visits has been Javier and he has been knowledgeable and very open to any questions I have about what has been done to my lawn and what to expect in the future. Overall we have been happy so far with the service.

Xavier and Danny was great at explaining the process of spraying to minimizing mosquitos in my backyard as we are backed up in the woods. Thank you for your service and appreciate your work in protecting us from the pesky mosquitoes.

Just had my first service. Javier was so friendly and informative. He educated me on lawns and weeds, and explained what the process was going to be. He did a fantastic job and I know my lawns will be looking good in the not too distant future. Thank you Javier!!

Stay away from Trugreen. This is an unethical business. I cancelled my account due to lack of results. However, Trugreen continued to come and service my home and then sent more bills. I then called a second time and Trugreen agreed they serviced my account incorrectly. They told me I had a zero balance. However, I kept receiving an invoice. I called for the third time and they still want a payment. Now I see their negative reviews of similar business practices.

Service person came early GREATE, for today was completed THANKS. I wish he had informed me before he documted area that was not covered by todays service call before he called. The technician was so good as he sprayed my trees & brush plants; he was so good as he sprayed each tree & brush with care & he explained to me what was wrong & with my tree or brush.

Jennifer R came out to explain to me why my grass is dead or dormant it was because I need to water it 3X’s a week to bring life back into it. She was excellent & I recommend her to everybody

The technician came today and applied fertilizer to the front and back yards. I have questions about what I should do until the next appointment such as the watering schedule, and what changes I should expect to see with the lawn. But the technician left before I could talk to him. I'd very much appreciate a call back. Thanks.

We have had Trugreen service for eight months. The last couple of months our lawn has had large yellow spots. We have called customer service several times with no remedy. We are very frustrated.

The spraying of the shrubs and hedges was thorough. However, I’m not sure how high the spray carried into the trees. The sales people who sold me the service found bugs in my lawn that crows were attacking. The crow action induced bare spots in the lawn. The salesmen said the technician would also spray my lawns to remedy this issue. However, the technician balked at doing that. Guess I’ll have to call TruGreen and ask them to send someone out again. Overall, there products appear to work well.

Been using true green for about 2 years now and my lawn Is weed free and looks amazing the mosquitoes and fleas have been kept under control. Very happy with all my services.

I had just grew a beautiful lawn from seed. Purchased their services to keep my lawn looking nice. That did not happen. You can tell what was the "before" and what was the "after".

I was skeptical that anyone could restore my Bermuda lawn to its former vitality and beauty but Trugreen treatments have eliminated the weeds and revitalized the lushness to my lawn. It definitely is a process but within the past 4 months my lawn has gone from pathetic to almost perfect. Definitely recommend.

Several years ago We hired TruGreen because our lawn needed help. It was a great decision! Then we felt we could take care of the lawn ourselves. Well we started having issues again and we immediately called TruGreen! The service from Day 1 has been awesome!! Our grass looks so much better after just 6 months!! We had bare spots, weeds galore and our lawn looked distressed. The 2nd technician that came out noticed that our sprinklers weren’t coming on for the front lawn?? Not sure how that happened! We are super happy with TruGreen services!!

Horrible service. Destroyed my grass This is my lawn after 1 year of service. They offered to do a assessment . Never happened all they do is sprinkle some “nutrients” and walk away

Worst landscaping EVER!!!! Cut our trees left a big mess didn't bother to pick it up. Damage our Direct TV satellite, bend our fence, made a hole on our shed and ripped my husbands bbq grill cover. Supervisor was polite and responsive to damages done and willing to come up with a solution to replace damages. But his employees are very sloppy and rude. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
