Watson really got me out of a jam. I had attempted to switch a regular thermostat with a Nest. In the process, I lost power to the thermostat and lost cooling for the house.

So, I called at 6:45pm (on a Friday)and got right through to a technician. By 8pm I had Sam at my house. He was polite, fast and efficient. He communicated throughout the process and made sure to fix the problem and to get my Nest fully up and running.

Super happy and have a cool house tonight due to Watson.

We called Fenco for an estimate and he was the least expensive with better Carrier product. Delivery and installation was prompt and professional. He showed us how to work and program the unit. He took really good care of us. We appreciate his service and will recommend him to friends and family.

One of my friends recommended Fenco because my air conditioning unit went out on me. I had already gotten several of estimates but he was the most cost efficient company. He helped pick out a unit suitable for my house. installation was as promised and so was the service.

I can’t say enough good things! Our A/C stopped working right before a heat wave. Victor came out that day, fixed the problem in half an hour, and even left our A/C unit looking better than it was before. Great prices, wonderful work, and a fantastic guy!

Victor has been a blessing in our time of need. Our house is not new, but it’s not that old. My husband and I have been given my dad’s home after he had passed. The maintenance on the air conditioner or the heater had never been done. So when the time came to turn either of them on, neither of them worked. We had gotten several estimates done on the systems, but they were completely out of our price range and were separate charges.

That’s when we had found and called Victorious Comfort. Victor had come and done an estimate that was well within our range and that had included both systems, heat and air conditioning. He was available to get the job done within 2 days… well before the heatwave hit…

He was very professional and had his mask on when he entered the home. We do live in a household where we take our shoes off, and he had not complained about that in the slightest.

We are definitely going to give him a call when we need any other work done, and recommending him to our friends and family!
