First I dealt with veteran air. Had a paid service with avid which dial one found and sent me a post card to take advavtage off water heater maintenance. Grant was very thorough and called in Kevin to give me estimates and explain what I should replace. Both technicians were very professional and pleasant to work with. A breath of fresh air compared to Avis Solutions.

Idiot driver almost caused a wreck today, I have proof

I was forced to have them give an estimate by my Property owner Wohl Management Group. They charged $1500 for a site survey! Is that Extorsion? Then to make it worse their solution to a ducting system was quoted at over 14,000. My space is under 3000 square feet. Because of the Management group I can't even negotiate terms, but I did find an alternative.

After dealing with one of your technicians on the road. I would never hire a company that has employees that drive as reckless as this one.

Like the other reviews say, reckless drivers!! Middle aged woman almost hit me AND my baby in the parking lot, wouldn’t slow down, and didn’t apologize either. You rep your company, do better and use more caution

Anaheim refrigeration is very prompt for the after service. They answered the phone kindly and came in very next day for those minor leakage issues from air conditioning. One simple phone call saved a lot of my time and energy. Their installation cost was very competitive as well. I will use them again for our other unit for HVAC. Strongly recommend to call them and check out.

Mark is great! He sent over his team to work on our AC unit that broke during a heat wave. I had a toddler and infant in the house and it was important for us to work with someone who could get the job done pronto - Mark delivered!

Everyone was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and got the entire AC unit + furnace + condenser installed in less than 12 hours (and disposed the old units as well). Would work with them again.

I’d recommend Trinity over any HVAC company in Los Angeles. They care about what the customer needs first. Jimmy is fantastic and provides outstanding customer service. 10 out of 10!!
