Our HVAC unit suddenly stopped working, leaving us sweltering. Within an hour of calling, a friendly technician arrived, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. Their professionalism and expertise were impressive, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend for any HVAC repair needs.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks in advance for maintenance. The friendly, courteous and still professional call staff was refreshing! The text notifications from the company were timely and much appreciated. I was impressed by the company providing a picture of the scheduled technician, so I knew who to expect. Angel called ahead and arrived an hour earlier than what was scheduled, which was excellent as it was 84 degrees in the house. Angel was methodical in his inspection process of both the house furnace and AC unit, allowing me to watch and gain an education on AC owner maintenance. Angel worked overtime to throughly inspect our system and determined I would need new units. Since I am hosting several people in 8 days for my husband's funeral, Angel knew the timing to get this fixed was important. He offered to personally discuss with his manager tomorrow to get a project manager out tomorrow to assess things. I am thankful for their skills and customer service. I look forward to working with them to resolve my AC issues!

Great service call, thermostat went out and was replaced with an updated model. Very grateful to have our HVAC system up and running. Johnathan was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Veteran Air to everyone.

Ok. I really am not happy to have to buy a new A/C. It's a lot of money.

However, everything about dealing with Veteran Air was great - starting with the first phone call and on to the technician, the estimator, and the installers. All were professional but also friendly, We felt very comfortable dealing with them.

Communication was excellent, including text messages when their people were heading our way. The text included their name and picture.

The actual install was more difficult than planned due to a unique issue that set them back a couple hours, but the Hector and Diego kept at it (and kept a great attitude). A third one came and helped for a couple hours, and they finished it ... all within the original quote, no extra or hidden charges.

We double-checked a few of the things they quoted us with a friend that recently retired from the biz, and it all tracked.

The install included some new insulation in the heater closet and enlarging the return. Nice work.

Rudy was very professional and thorough! He explained in detail everything he did to check our AC. He also asked every time he explained something if we had any questions. He spent time explaining why he did certain things. In addition he was very good about cleaning up after his work! Super impressed with this job as usual par for the course of Veteran Air. I had a very positive experience with Veterans Air. David, the project manager, did a great job identifying what would work best for me and getting the project going. He was very polite and easy to work with. The installers, Edwin and Ben, were amazing. Like David, they were respectful, polite, and easy to work with. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. In my opinion, they went over and above. I am very happy with the work that was done, and I highly recommend Veterans Air.

We had a great service visit from Orande of Veteran Air today. He was very friendly and cheerfully answered all the questions that we had. He gave me tips on how I could save money in the future. I appreciated that he left the house/yard in really good shape as well.

This Wass great service from a quality technician who was on time, clean in the house, thorough, skilled, and well-mannered.

We had the furnace, AC and ducting replaced by Veteran Air two years ago, including moving the furnace and air handler into the attic from the first floor. It was a big job that was done by a top-notch crew with a great work-ethic, led by the project manager, David Gonzalez, a leader with excellent people skills, who did an terrific job leading the project in all its facets. David is a former student of mine; he was a fine kid when he was a teenager, and he is a fine asset to Veteran Air.

I would highly recommend Veteran Air. The sales rep/ manager David and installers Jonathan / Anthony were very professional polite. The whole system I purchased works amazing and looks good, installation / cleanup was done meticulously and 5 stars

Fair price, quick, efficient, fast install for entire HVAC system. There were a few minor issues with the thermostat not installed correctly and the heater not adjusted properly. Same installer came back the next day and fixed the issues! Great job following up in a super timely manner to address the issues.

Your scheduling system is superb, we received confirmation of the appointment days in advance and timely notification when our technician would arrive. On arrival Jonathan was friendly and courteous. He listened to our concerns then set about diagnosing the problem with our AC unit. He discovered the problem in short order (low coolant) then provided us with multiple treatment options. We chose to add coolant now then proceed with leak detection in the fall. He did not pressure us in any way and we were quite comfortable with the treatments offered. The increase in cooling was immediately evident after adding additional coolant. We were totally satisfied with Jonathan and Veteran Air. All the good things we've heard about Veteran Air are true. Thank you! P.S. A Cooper's Hawk dropped by while Jonathan was here and also approved of his work.

We just had Christian from Veteran Air do a diagnostic service on our a/c unit. Before he showed up I received a call asking if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled. Christian showed up, he was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, informative and worked very efficiently. He was done in no time and we had our a/c back on. After he finished, the cost of the service was very reasonable. Overall perhaps the best experience my wife and I have had with a service call. We decided to purchase an annual service plan. Thank you Veteran Air.

Technician arrived 2 hours late, but it could have been at the end of a 2 hour window. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable, and he explained what he was doing, and what would happen after he was done. He told us what the system needed to be brought up to code, but did not try to pressure us into having it done while he was there. We have had that type of service /
salesman, and we did not appreciate it. This technician was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and not pushy. We would definitely have him come back to do repairs / maintenance in the future.

Today another service was done, and at the time that was promised. Again, this guy was just as professional as the last guy, was friendly, easy to talk to, and he explained what he did, and what his findings were. If we were staying here, we would definitely have him back, or anyone else at the company. But, we are moving to Arizona next week.
