Replaced our AC unit. The owner is great... Came over gave me a truthful explanation of my problem & even tips on small things I could do myself. After having a dozen of AC people over, could tell this guy was honest. If you need a new AC call these guys

I have been asked by my friend Evelyn to write a review for her because she does not have a computer. She had WestCoast Energy's services today and is highly satisfied. Fast response, friendly manner (both receptionist and technician), prompt and successful repair. All in all: professional and reasonable Service.

I had a great experience with West Coast Energy. They installed a condenser, high-efficiency furnace, thermostat, a new breaker, and repaired some existing duct. They showed up on time, completed the work as promised, and followed-up later to ensure everything was right and tight. Later, when another contractor damaged a duct in my attic, I called the people I trust to fix it. Having hired a couple bad contractors over the years, I appreciate WCE even more.

Tyler was straight up fantastic! He had my AC unit working super quickly and he was very respectful. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I have had the system installed for 10 months now. Below is my experience with West Coast Energy.

I received a few quotes to get a heat pump installed. One was from a Costco vendor, the other based on a google search. West Coast Energy was my last quote. They were the most reasonable and had the most straight forward pricing out of the three I dealt with. The other quotes were layered with rebates and incentives, high pressure sales where discounts would be gone if I didn't act quickly. It was as if I was buying a used car or time share you think the price is X but by the time you are done talking with them it's Y.

The other dealers wanted to install new vents in the house, they threw out the Asbestos word to scare me into thinking the old vents were killing me and my family. I brought this up with West Coast they said the vents were fine they just needed to be resealed at certain connection points to ensure there was no air leakage, They said they would take care of it when they installed the new unit, which they did.

I was concerned that their price was so reasonable that I was going to have issues with the install. There were some issues with wiring of the thermostat and a new electrical code requiring the heat pump be wired to a GFI breaker. They took care of both issues quickly. The thermostat wiring took a day, we should have asked for a temporary heater but didn't think about it at the time. Was not expecting it to get so cold. Afterwards they said they would have left one with us an apologized for not thinking about it themselves. We failed the inspection at the first pass but they came out and installed the GFI breaker so we could pass and get our permit.

I would recommend getting a heat pump. They replaced my 40 year old AC and furnace with a heat pump. It's much more efficient than the old system my utility bills have gone down. I don't use any more gas for heat, I only use gas for the water heater now, my gas bills have been 14 dollars or less since it was installed. I was expecting my electrical bill to have a large increase and that has not happened, the year over year comparison of my bills are pretty much flat.

Overall a great experience I am feel lucky I was able to find them and use them for my new system. They saved me so much money.

Exceptional overall experience! Contacted company and in less than 2 hours a technician came to my mother's home! Tyler and Jerry were very patient and explained everything that needed to be done and the price was amazing and within budget especially in these hard times, I loved that there was no "up selling" like most OC Plumbing/Hvac companies they fixed what was needed and on the way! Will definitely be calling them anytime we have a AC/Heat issue again!

I called West Coast Energy during the heat wave recently because our air conditioner had stopped functioning, and it was very unbearably hot. We also had guests arriving and it couldn't have been a worst time for our cool air to go off. I talked to Jessica, who with her wonderful customer service and excellent listening and communication skills, found a slot in their very busy schedule to send a technician out to solve our problem. Tyler came to our home to diagnose our situation, and was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to resolve our issue.
This is a great company that cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to give excellent customer service. Thank you!

I highly recommend them. They installed my furnace and AC units back in 2013. Since then, they have been providing the yearly recommended tune ups. A few years ago, we had a problem with our furnace and they were able to troubleshoot it and fix it. They have been honest, reasonable and extremely professional.

I highly recommend Caliber Heating for any HVAC needs and repairs. A friend recommends me to contact Shane to work on my a/c not working because another a/c repair place told me my six year old a/c unit is getting old and the whole a/c unit needs to be replace - repair would be too expensive. Shane came and found the valve was not tightened by the installer immediately during the inspection and causing a slow leak. He tightened it and recharged the a/c system and my a/c is working fine now.

Aaron, owner and installer, could not have been any better explaining our needs and what our equipment options are. Aaron was very professional and pleasant and completed the AC and heating system in three days, with no interruptions. We have recommended Caliber to our friends and relatives.

I was blown away by his attention to detail, and the care he took to keep my home clean and leave it spotless when he left (a quality I usually rarely see in contractors). He made himself readily available for questions and discussions throughout the whole process, even during all the extra time it took for me while I was being very indecisive about which unit to pick! I highly recommend Aaron Hurley and Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning. Recently, Aaron installed a new system in my house and did a very professional job. He and his assistant completed the installation in one day. They were very careful as they worked and cleaned up at the conclusion of the installation. My house is comfortable now with this new system. I thought the price was fair. You can trust Aaron to do quality work and he backs up his work with good service, if or when needed.

Fantastic workmanship and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable customer service. Would highly recommend to all friends/family. This company has done a lot of work at my house and I have been completely satisfied with everything.
