HVAC reviews in Anaheim, California

As a lot of parts good service would have given 5 but don't like the equipment line they carrier
-
Excellent condition, great customer service, but need to carry more commercial a/c supplies such as t-bar spliters, tiles more lags for ceiling wire. Also couplings for all size ductwork. Its like a start collar but wider w/ crimp on both ends.

I recommended this company for any AC repair Odin the best

Quick and easy, except for a receipt printing issue. Receipt was emailed instead, as promised. Local and conveniently located right off the 91 Freeway and Krarmer Blvd. Reasonably priced. Good quality replacement parts.

I have been going to this store since they opened. The customer service is very professional, friendly and patient. I like that they have everything that is needed for a full HVAC installation. George the manager always goes out of his way to help customers and I am very appreciative of him.

Johnston's crew is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially for newbees like me.
-
Great service and parts availability.
DIY people need to move one somewhere else.
Too many interned educated idiots. -
Always good at Johnstone. Knowledgeable guys solid parts at a fair price. So is that what you need there to they do overtime as well
-
Nice parts counter people, have my parts about 98% of the time and usually get them the next day. Always on the cutting edge of HVAC Technology.
Thanks Johnstone -
Called looking for a control module for a furnace. I was told that they would ONLY sell this to a contractor. In other words, these yayhoos are supporting HVAC guys who charge $600+ to replace this part. A board which consists of two Molex type plugs and 8 or 10 spade lug connections, and a handful of screw terminals for the thermostat. A simple fix that would take anyone with a modicum of ability 15 minutes to install and can be found anywhere from $80 to $140 online from Amazon and others.
If I didn't know what I was doing, I wouldn't have found and be on the phone with them to begin with! I was looking to support local business, but these JA's can BITE ME!
GO AMAZON!! PUT THESE PUKES OUT OF BUSINESS! -
Customer service leaves alot to be desired. If I ask you the price on something with tax included, don't respond with "I DON'T KNOW "!!!
I'm already purchasing something on a P.O.!!
Pretty stupid.
1. I work with a large HVAC company.
2. If you're not having a good day, fake it!
3. Treat everyone like you are helping the OWNER of Johnstone.
4. Would you have treated him/her that way?
Disappointed.
