HVAC reviews in Anaheim, California

I called to find rubber gaskets for my manifold line set. They had the necessary gaskets in stock. They told me over the phone that I have to be a contractor to be able to buy rubber gaskets to repair the end of a manifold line set! Pretty outrageous. I truly hope they go out of business--money is money, why would they refuse business.

Excellent customer service, I work for a large company and they always have our POs ready for pick up when I get there. Friendly counter staff that actually have a background in HVAC. Always willing to go the extra mile to help us find pricing and availability.

The Johnson supply personnel and prices are much nicer in Irwindale _ Sun valley _ Baldwin pak and pico Rivera.
The workers working there are just like DMV workers mean and rude.
Prices are almost double as well.
LAs and Anaheim owner is different.
I hate the La one as well.

Our company hired these lazy idiots to fix our hvac unit in June. They were late and the technicians spent most of their time on their phones and when they finally got to work they spent that time being walked through how to service the unit. When they were "finished", they left garbage on the roof and had dented the unit panel. The system died again a couple weeks later and we opted to call a different company. They said the prior company had just taped the wires together/in place and the unit failed again because the sun melted the tape and the wires slipped. Freaking idiots.

My grandfather is living part time with gf in CA. Was having hvac issues, wanted to use the place. I said "No" immediately. I have dealt with some of the worker's here and they are trash! No no no no no!!!!!!!! They don't know how to speak to people with respect.

These guys have everything you could need for A/C installation and repairs. Been coming here for almost 10 years now and have never been disappointed with the service they provide.

I seen Richard yell at one of his employees just because he was eating during break. He made him get up and go back to work with his mouthful and a half eaten something he had. Its been many times i see Richard be very disrespectful. Bad customer service always smells like someone was smoking inside tge warehouse

Awesome HVAC supplier. Their prices are very competitive. It is easy to order parts with them, their guys are actually trained so they know what they are doing. Special shot out to Luis for always being very helpful and friendly.

I bought a return grill. The piece was defective. They refused to replace it under warranty. The owner is very respectfully. Said she will not honor the warranty and hanged up the phone when addressed the issue. Louis Avila, manager of the store refused to honor the warranty. The part has a 3 year warranty from the factory. Please do your self a favor. Buy somewhere else. These people truly don't deserve your business. My business has bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment and parts in many years. All of the counter men 5 of them act as if they are the only HVAC suppliers.

Tom is so helpful! Always there to answer my calls in a pinch! Can't say enough about this company. They have given us great care and equipment for years. Truly a pleasure to work with always!

Keller has been a customer at our sandwich shop, DW's Subs. Weve had a great conversation before, so when our AC went down, I was happy that I'd kept his card. Gavehim & Tip of the Spear HVAC a call. What a blessing, he came out within an hour or so (I'm sure he cannot promise that always, especially if hes on a job, but boy was that nice.) AC was up and running by the following mornin, so we could keep our awesome customers nice and cool while they eat. Thank you Keller & team! We appreciate you! 🙏👍👍
