Let me start off by saying I deal with a lot of service people within my job. This company has been the by far the MOST respectful, responsive and fair company I've dealt with in a long time. Not only was the job done promptly, but also correctly and with stellar premium service. Keller was able to service all three of our shops and provide long lasting solutions for all of the hvac units, which are all different. We are also on a reoccurring maintenance plan and couldn't be happier!

Keller and his team were incredible and very knowledgeable. They explained everything that needed to be done and why it need to be done. He even went on to clean all the vents inside the house. Very tidy and 100% professional. I can say we found our HVAC professionals.

Keller called me and told me they would be out between 12:00 and 2:00 today. They came out closer to1100 then noon or 2:00. Keller was very professional found the problem after I tried to describe it to him and everything is running great. He's my go-to guy now for any HVAC stuff that needs to be done

Keller delivered exceptional service. Before replacing our nearly 30-year-old HVAC unit, he troubleshooted the system to keep it running through the summer when needed most. When it was time for replacement, he provided an honest quote. The installation was seamless, with a detailed walkthrough before starting the work to set our expectations. The work was clean and mess-free, so much so that by the end of the day, you could hardly tell they had been there. The new unit works wonderfully, and the new ductwork has improved airflow throughout our home.

When I started my remodel. I was in need of HVAC. I put out feelers, and Tip of the Spear answered. Keller listened to what i wanted to do(move my furnace to the attic). He spent a some time in my attic, then went over what could be done. Within a couple days, i received three estimates. The main difference is "Made in America". I chose the middle one because of the refunds/credit I will be getting on my taxes. Tip of the Spear then removed my old vertical furnace and prepped the attic for my horizontal furnace. When finished, I had a walkway around my furnace. Lights above the furnace. And a very impressed inspector. Everything went smoothly, and passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend Tip of the Spear.

Keller has great work ethics! It was unbelievable that he had a new a/c system up and cooling our house within 24 hrs of our 20 year old a/c unit's death. I highly recommend Keller. Keller was referred to me by a friend who had amazing things to say about his service. He was prompt about coming out to give me a quote, and we quickly came to an agreement on what worked best for my budget and home. We called Tip of the Spear HVAC after another contractor gave us a quote. Tip of the Spear returned my call in 5 minutes on a Friday and we scheduled a visit for the following Monday morning. Keller was polite, kind, and knowledgeable. He checked out our AC and showed us what was working and what needed to be repaired. Turns out we did not need a full rebuild like the first contractor said. Keller added refrigerant and our unit is working like new. He was honest and quick! Then he went in the attic to check our filter. We didn't have any extras so he went to the store, bought two, and replaced it for us, leaving us with one for the next change. Keller went above and beyond and we definitely will be calling him again the next time we need service with our heating or air conditioning.

All of a sudden our AC stopped working. We called a reputable company to come out and they told us we needed and all new unit that would cost $22k. While talking with a neighbor, they recommended we contact Keller with Tip of the Spear. He came out very quickly and upon inspection determined that all we needed was to replace our capacitor and add some coolant. He literally saved us 10s of thousands of dollars!! We will be recommended Keller and Tip of the Spear to anyone we know who needs HVAC services.

Keller and his team did a great job in installing our new 3.5 Ton AC Unit. During the quotation process, he asked us questions about our current issues with our old AC unit and sent out a price within a day.

When Keller and his performed the work, he explained what they were working and showed us progress on the installation which I appreciate. It's nice to see the CEO/Owner of the company be involved with the day to day activities.
