Same day service on a hot day is the best kind of help a man can ask for! They were fast and efficient. First place wanted to charge me a fortune for a new system; this was parts and maintenance (clogged air filter and blown capacitor). Highly recommend for a fair and honest deal!

When my AC failed over the weekend, I scheduled an appointment for Monday. Juan and Adrian arrived on time, diagnosed and replaced the failed contactor in the compressor. They tested the repair and texted a link for the very affordable online payment. I was very satisfied with service a highly recommend 20th Century Air for fair, honest, and affordable HVAC installation (they did the new install in 2018), annual service and maintenance.

February 12, 2026 reached out to 20th century air Inc. for our annual heating and AC unit maintenance. Spoke to Julie and she was able to schedule me for our next day maintenance. She provided excellent customer service over the phone. Thank you, Julie.
Daniel was our technician who came to our home, I smiled when he pulled out a pair of fluorescent orange shoe covers. I loved it.!!!! Great idea, he explained to us what he was going to be doing and would keep us updated on every step of his process which he did. He provided us also with a free filter and let us know everything was running great very impressed with our maintenance that we stay on top of with our heating and AC. Daniel provided us with excellent customer service. He went the extra mile. We were very well taken care of and if we had any questions or concerns, he informed us that our heating system and AC system were working great and were in great shape. From our experience, JMartin certainly deserves their 5 star rating. I called last Monday and had a good conversation with the owner, Rex, who sent Jack Berekoff a field advisor, to our house that morning. After examining our very old inefficient gas furnace and air conditioner, Jack suggested a series of suitable heat pump solutions. We chose a ducted system with a Mitsubishi heat pump. He also suggested new ducts since the old ducts were falling apart. We accepted everything. (There was absolutely no pressure.) Fortunately, two technicians Irvin and Kevin were available to start the next day. They did a quick, careful installation and were great to deal with. By Wednesday we had an operating heating system that was close to silent. (This must be some kind of record for choosing and installing a major home improvement). We absolutely recommend them for any heating/cooling needs.

I recently purchased and had installed a Stealth Pro 5.5 Whole House Fan from Martin Indoor Air Quality, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I placed my order to the final installation, the service was top-notch.

First, working with Jared, was a pleasure. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. His guidance in choosing the right fan was spot-on, and I felt confident throughout the process.

As for the fan itself, I am absolutely thrilled! My old fan, which I’d been using for years, was a relic from the 1990s (or maybe even earlier!), and although it still worked, it was so loud I could hardly stand it. I had to stop using it because the noise was unbearable. The Stealth Pro 5.5 is a game changer—just as effective, if not better, than my old fan, but so quiet I can barely hear it running! It’s also so discreet, with only the grid visible, which looks sleek and modern. I also love that it now comes with a remote control, rather than the clunky wall switch my old fan used.

The installation process was just as smooth. Anthony and Luis, the installation technicians, were quick, professional, and extremely meticulous. They covered the floors with tarps and even wore booties to protect my carpet. Throughout the installation, they communicated every step clearly without being intrusive, which I appreciated. When they were done, the area was spotless—no mess at all. And they finished the entire installation in under two hours!

Overall, I highly recommend Martin Indoor Air Quality. The quality of the product and the professionalism of the team exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m thrilled with my new fan, and I’m confident it will provide years of quiet, cool, efficient service.

Shay, Jesus, Tony, Christian, and crew did a phenomenal job with our duct upgrades. We have consistent air flow throughout the house now. Their communication has been spot on and they addressed all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend working with them.

Our old AC unit finally gave out during the heat wave this summer and JMartin was able to come out immediately and help us. Joel was great and was able to fix the issue temporarily but the whole system needed to be replaced. Jesus and his team, Santiago and Tony came the next day and saved us! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to replace our entire system and ducting within two days (with electrical work and everything!) So glad we called them and will continue to work with them for future maintenance! Highly recommend.

I was grateful enough to get them same day. Caleb was our Service Technician he sent my husband his name and number. Which made me feel safe as a women knowing who is at my door and there ETA. When he arrived he was friendly, used social distancing, & had a mask ready. He wore stuff to protect my floors from getting dirty. He spoke with my husband prior on what it could be and he was right. I honestly know nothing about my AC and I appreciate how honest they are. Thankful that we didn’t have to buy a whole new AC Unit and that he was able to fix it right away and the price was not very expensive. Definitely using them going forward & when our AC Unit dies out we will definitely reach out to Caleb again. I enjoyed him being so personable and respectful towards my family and I. JR Martin initially installed our mini splits back in 2015 and it’s been one of the best deductions we’ve made for our house. The consultations and installation were top notch and subsequent maintenance has been easy and affordable. Our most recent maintenance with Kevin exemplified the level of service and congeniality we have done to know from this company. We actually look forward to our maintenance days as everyone we’ve met has felt like family. Great company! 🎯

Amazing staff here both Jack J & the crispin brothers were amazing! Super professional and care about the customer. Jack made sure to be responsive quickly and had the answers I was looking for.
Irvin & Kevin were super polite and made sure they were not interrupting meetings since we both work from home. Also they had everything properly set so they didn’t make a mess in the house which is important to us since we have a baby and toddler. It’s been 3 months since the installation and everything has been working from ac to heater perfectly! Highly recommend J Martin cause of their employees.

J Martin recently installed a whole house fan for us, and we could not be more pleased with the product and the installation process. It was easy to set up an appointment for installation, and the installation team was friendly, respectful of our property, and efficient. They arrived on time, carefully explained the process, and cleaned up carefully (they even vacuumed to ensure it was totally clean!) after they finished. Then, they took the time to explain the controls to me assured me I could call anytime with questions if we need help with the product. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely be calling them again!

I had Jared and his team install a five ton compressor with seven Mitsubishi multi split units throughout the house and garage. The job was done in a few days, and working beautifully.

After a few weeks, there was an issue with one unit, which we discovered was a minor manufacturing issue, and not related to the install. Jared was out right away to get it repaired, no questions asked!
