My wife and I got a whole new central air and heat system and the crew was absolutely spectacular. Jacob, Eliott, Luis, Tony, and Francisco were all friendly professionals and did a perfect job. I highly recommend these guys.

I just recently had JMartin put in an HVAC unit in my mom’s home. Complete with new ducting and insulation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with them. They took the time to go over all my different options and explain everything to me in detail. I never felt pressured, but yet I could tell they were sincerely eager to service my needs and work with me to find the best solution. From the first person I dealt with, Jesus, to the project manager that oversaw and worked on the install, Irvin and the entire crew, Kevin, Victor, Christian, and Tony. They were on time, professional, extremely friendly and eager to do a good job. When I came home from work at lunch the first day to see how things were going they even offered me some of their pizza. They finish the entire job in just two days, and I was blown away by the quality they showed in every little detail, from suggesting an additional return vent to configuring the ducting to give the new system the best performance possible.
They truly make you feel like family.

Great company! They installed our mini-split system in Huntington Harbour. My husband Bryan and really appreciated them from our initial contact with Jack, our communication with he and Brandon, and the installation with Irvin, Kevin and Milo. The product is great, the installation professional, and the explanation easy to understand.

I received an offer via email for a $49 heater inspection and cleaning, and assumed it was too good to be true, but went ahead and scheduled the appointment. The technician who came over on Saturday, Kevin Seitz, was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Much to my pleasant surprise, there was no effort by the technician to "up sell" me or try to sell anything else that I didn't need or want. He talked with me about a few areas of my heater which had started showing some wear and tear, and things to be aware of with the system's function. The inspection and cleaning were completed, and I wrote a check for just $49. The technician was nice enough to also email me a follow-up report (with photos) summarizing his observations.
I am very happy that I decided to take a chance with J Martin Indoor Air Quality. I would definitely contact them should I have any problems with my heater in the future, as they impressed me as being an honest company - and the technician who came out was excellent.

Our AC stopped working in our commercial property in Anaheim. I called J Martin indoor air quality and they were able to send a tech out the same day. Joel was our tech and he was upbeat, positive, and ready to get our AC fixed. They got the job done and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend this business!

Our experience with J Martin has been outstanding! Working with Jared was easy, we were given a fair price, and they came out within just a couple of days to install our whole house fan. Our technicians, Abraham and Frank, were also just as easy to work with. They were careful, cleaned up after themselves, and explained all questions! The whole house fan itself is very unintrusive and much more quiet than I expected it to be! Very happy and would absolutely recommend this company.

It’s towards the end of the day, and time to service, under contract, one of your last customers. The technician realizing he doesn’t have the correct 12x24x1 HVAC filter and chooses not to run to Home Depot 5 minutes away. He decides to break a 12x25x1, and shove it into the opening. He doesn’t think anyone will notice, until the fan kicks off and the filter smacks the grate. This is the service to expect.

Martin Indoor Air Quality was fantastic from start to finish. We ended up going with a full HVAC replacement, and the entire process could not have been smoother. Jesus came out first to diagnose the problem, and he was incredibly thorough, professional, and honest. He clearly explained what was going on and walked us through all of our options without any high-pressure sales tactics, which we really appreciated. It truly felt like he wanted us to make the best decision for our home, not just a sale.

Communication was excellent the entire time. Everyone arrived exactly when they said they would, and I really appreciated the text messages ahead of time letting us know who was coming — including a photo. It made the experience feel organized, professional, and very reassuring.

When it came time for the installation, Irvin and Kevin did an outstanding job. They were friendly, kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood how the new system worked before they left. They truly went above and beyond.

Great Job!! Choose J Martin based on great reviews and family owned (Hopefully means they really care!). They did not disappoint!! Never felt pressured or cornered into our decision and communication and customer service was excellent. One month with our new system and we are so happy! Seamless financing options as well.

From the beginning of scheduling the estimate and the day of estimate to the end of installation, J Martin folks have been professional and nice. Jesus came out as promised to survey the site at my home for the installation of one complete Mitsubishi mini-split unit that J Martin also provided and gave us the fair estimate for everything including the unit and installation. He also was nice to accommodate our schedule to install within a few days of estimate. On the installation day, Irvin and Kevin Crispin came to my home on time and finished the job very nicely and efficiently in early afternoon on the same day even though it was a fresh installation. They performed a great job of taking care of my family's need to place the unit where we wanted. Whole process was smooth with notifications from J Martin prior to any work. No surprises, and all went as they promised. I am happy that the unit works great although it's been only a couple of days since the installation. Thank you, J Martin. I highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC service / installation.

I Had an old system on the roof that was leaking and very inefficient. Mario and his team came out removed everything and installed a new system with all new ductwork. I finally have airflow in my bedrooms. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing an HVAC service
