Riley did an excellent job on diagnostics and evaluation (estimate). He reviewed my system specs and checked air temperatures and duct condition. He explained the diagnostics and evaluation clearly. He provided a verbal quote. I will likely need a new AC unit shortly and will give seriously consideration to CoolPros.

After getting several bids, I went with COOLPROS HEATING AND AIR . With all the new HVAC changes this year, getting a new HVAC system was not an easy task . I did spend quite a bit of time educating myself . Mario understood my needs and walked me through all my options and helped me choose the best option for my home . Installers: Rene, Ulysses and Calvin did a great job today . They were polite , skilled in their craft , cleaned up well and worked well as a team.

They shared things I needed to know and made sure to answer all my questions. The company came as a referral. I am happy to do the same . I will be referring COOLPROS HEATING AND AIR.

Mario and his team are amazing! I had reached out to two other companies for estimates before contacting Mario, but it took them over a month just to send a quote after the initial visit, and it was higher. In contrast Mario was quick to respond, came by promptly, and was completely transparent about pricing, the scope of work, and the timeline. His team is incredibly efficient and skilled - they completed the entire job just in 3 days! This included a full HVAC replacement, ductwork and we added attic insulation. Mario was also very flexible with payment, which I really appreciated. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in delivering excellent service. From the moment another good contractor (Thomas Mulhearn from American Plumbing Guild) gave me the referral, I got a good feeling that this would be the beginning of an exceptional and professional relationship with this company.

After the initial contact with Mario, he sent a rising star-Riley, to my home this past Thursday June 19. Quickly and professionally, Riley assessed the current state of the old existing equipment and gave me an honest straightforward and exact diagnostic of what was wrong with it and how to present the smart, economic, and streamlined solution to get comfortable and dependable air conditioning for this and many more summers.
After a couple of hours of discussing alternatives in terms of what is needed for home, finally I accepted the best recommendation Riley offered. At this point, Riley -and Super Mario, also help me a little bit with an economic incentive that made me to seal the deal right there.
Fast forward to today June 24 2025. At around 9 am., Rene, Ulysses, and Kelvin showed up ready to replace the old air conditioning system with a better and more reputable AC Pro brand Condenser Air Conditioner 4 Tn., etc., etc.

Every one of them showed expertise and ample knowledge of what it is to be done maximizing efficiency in the process with an excellent result. After tuning up the unit (and coil), they passed the testing with flying colors.
What else can I say? I totally recommend CoolPros to everyone I know now and very likely in the future. That's why I gave them 5-Star rating. However, I could give them a 7- or 10-star rating if available.
I hope all homeowners in need can cross path with these fine people instead of navigating in the dark with other so-called "reputable" Air Conditioning and Heating companies in the marketplace.

I scheduled a visit from Cool-Pros to come evaluate our AC system after the Eaton Canyon fire.
Riley was very communicative and was able to arrive early after a cancellation. He was the first person, of the three companies that I called, who actually looked at our system and climbed into the attic to evaluate our ductwork!

I must give thanks to Mario and the Coolprosair team for a job well done right in time before the winter gets colder and also before the end of the year. After many years of suffering from the cold weather during the winter months I am finally able to get warmed up. I had contacted many different HVAC companies (about 10) during the last few weeks to get coats and I narrowed down to 2 companies and after negotiating I decided to go with CoolPros Air and it was the best decision I could have made. They are honest and their work is very professional and on time as promised, so I recommend using them for your new HVAC installation or replacement.

After 18yrs, my AC unit went out. Mario was able to come and diagnose and offered a few options. He was very detailed and we decided to replace the unit with a new one. His quote was fair and able to get the new unit installed in two days. Highly recommend if you are looking for a honest AC company to work with.

I normally don't post reviews, but I have to give Cool Pros this awesome rating. I'm so glad that I called them. Top notch customer service in all departments. From the office to the on-site install team and ofcourse Super Mario. I've had 4 different estimates from vendors, including big box stores. Cool Pros gave me the lowest estimate which was much less than the other quotes. Some vendors gave me estimates before even inspecting the equipment. Mario did a very thorough inspection of our AC set-up (including climbing up the attic) before we sat down and talked about options. I told him that budget was the biggest factor and equipment quality was also a big concern. He didn't try to upsell me on equipment or services that I don't need and he only provided me with the proper solution and upfront honest pricing. The install team did an awesome job and the work was fast and very clean. I now have a modern R32 inverter, high efficiency AC unit thanks to Cool Pros. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them!!

Mario and his team were able to troubleshoot and diagnose my HVAC issues same day. I needed an entire new furnace which was promptly installed the next morning. Less than 24 hours of downtime for a very big job. Great work and always fair pricing.

Another company did not do a thorough inspection and tried to convince me that my system needed complete replacement.
