Working with CoolPros to have my full system replacement was great! The owner and all the employees are very well mannered and skilled. They have meticulous attention to detail in their installs, making sure everything looks beautiful and works perfectly when they are done. I'd say the bang for the buck was great. Working with small businesses is sometimes scary, especially if they are somewhat newer, however they have been in the HVAC business for 30 years and it really shows in their workmanship. They are also quite fair with the pricing and don't try to rip you off like some of the bigger companies. Overall, I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a high quality install with quality parts!

Mario even helped with questions about my roof to make sure my family was safe. Mario came out in the rain on a Saturday morning to make to answer my questions and double check things to make sure I felt satisfied.They definitely believe in doing the job right without trying to upsell or pressure you. I had a fantastic experience with Mario over the 4th of July weekend and cannot thank him enough for his help.

On July 3rd my central air conditioning system broke down, leaving my family to bake in 100-degree heat leading up to the holiday weekend. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Mario who was able to get me a same day consultation and quoted me a repair price that was fair and competitive. I immediately scheduled the repair and he said he could get to work the day after the holiday. I was extremely grateful, but still concerned primarily for my mother, who is nearly 90 years old, and going to have to suffer through the heat for the next couple days. To my surprise, Mario came by with a temporary portable A/C unit that he was able to set up in her bedroom, for no extra charge, so that she would be comfortable until he could come with his team after the holiday. This gesture alone was so thoughtful and assured me that we were in good hands.

Mario’s team arrived first thing in the morning on July 5th and let me know the job would take until the end of the day, but they worked so fast that they wrapped up at about 1pm, and my A/C was working perfectly. I couldn't believe it. Mario genuinely cares about his clients, and I highly recommend CoolPros to anyone who needs quality work done in their home.
