JMartin Indoor Air Quality is hands down the best HVAC team I’ve worked with. Irvin, Kevin, and Leo delivered true white glove service from start to finish. They removed my old central AC, installed a Mitsubishi mini split, and left my home spotless every single day. Communication was excellent—they took the time to explain how to use the system, change filters, and even walked me through the breaker setup and basic maintenance. I appreciated how they prioritized aesthetics and always checked with me before making any visible changes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier HVAC service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! I rarely need a HVAC guy but when I do you want someone I feel like I can trust...Jared at J Martin is someone you can trust. I was quoted on a new HVAC unit from other companies and couldn't stand the used car sales pitch they were giving ("tell me how much you want to spend and I'll tell you how much it cost"). I read all of the reviews on Yelp about J Martin and emailed them at 10:00 pm at night. The next morning they e-mailed back and Jared was at my house by 9:00 am. He assessed the situation and agreed I needed a new one. I asked how much and he gave me a reasonable price, I agreed to it and by the next day the unit was installed and we had ac again. Best HVAC company in OC!

I highly recommend J Martin. They installed an attic fan a little more than a year ago and I was very pleased with the technicians and service. I hired them again recently to service my AC. I’m not having issues but wanted an inspection to ensure it’s performing properly. Joel was the technician that came out. He was friendly, professional, and explained his recommendation but was not pushy. He took his time and didn’t rush to get the job done. His style of communication showed that he is interested in developing an ongoing business relationship which is key in the marketplace.

Santiago, Christian, Jared And Frankie were a wonderful team in installing our heat pump. They explained everything to us and were very careful to keep the dust down and clean up each day!

Had our A/C replaced along with the ducting, and new insulation. We even went with a single system that was zoned (2) to save on power a bit (why have the A/C on upstairs when you’re downstairs, and vice versa). They did a fantastic job for an extremely fair price and to top it off they were professional, clean and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, so if you’re looking for any A/C work to be done I couldn’t think of a better company to call. Major shoutout to Brandon, Robert, Cliff and Gerry….they showed up on time, kept everything clean and always informed me of what was going on. Give em a raise JMartin!

I have been using J Martin for my AC service for a few years. I had my annual service today. Kevin Seitz was the technician. Kevin was Awesome! He listened to me explain the AC usage, and did, what appeared to be, a full assessment of my unit. He was nice, he took pictures, and made sure I fully understood any risks and potential upcoming issues. He fully tested and verified everything. I’m going to make a note to request Kevin next year too!

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Jack was very thorough in his walk through of our old system and provided measurements and data as to why he was recommending the upgrades that we ended up getting.
Santiago and Elliott were the ones who did the removal and installation, and both were extremely respectful of our home. They laid down sheets anywhere they anticipated walking in the house. Additionally, we have a dog who tries to escape constantly and they were always very careful not to let her out. I felt very comfortable having them in our home. There were also very clear on a problem they found from work done by another company on our whole-house fan. They identified the problem, clearly explained the reasoning, and the necessary solution.
I would definitely hire this company again.

Called J. Martin Indoor Air Quality and they sent someone out within hours to see what the issue was. Deciding to move forward with the best solution and most affordable for our entire home we'd decided to add return ducts to the house. A new crew Brandon and Rob came out the next day to start and complete all work. They were extremely professional, kept the work area very neat and answered all our questions. I would absolutely recommend this company and team to anyone looking for the highest quality most professional job to be done.

From first contact with Rex to final installation with Irvin & Kevin, the experience was the best I have ever had with a contractor. Most importantly is they REALLY know their stuff! These folks are likely the best subject matter experts in their industry. I chose Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Splits for my home.
Rex understood what I wanted and helped me with finding the best configuration and units to fit my home. He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and stayed in contact with me during the installation process to ensure I was happy. (I am!)

Abraham and Frank did a very good job, polite, friendly, they were very helpful and did a great job cleaning up. They explained everything so it was easy to understand. They installed the attic fan. We would invite them back at any time.

We have had a wonderful experience with J Martin, from our first phone call with Jared, through an a/c installation, three days later. Our first service call was with technician Shay, and we felt he gave us 100% of his time and experience to explain what was happening with our current system and our options. We learned so much in this visit, and did not feel pressured in any way.

We chose to replace our poorly installed Samsung mini split ,with a properly installed Mitsubishi mini split. Our installation process was quick and seamless. The amazing Crispin brothers installed our system three days later. They were on time, professional, clean, extremely polite, and great communicators.

I chose JMartin because of they emphasized indoor air quality. My condo does not have any central air system. The heating unit was an old hydronic system which most vendors will not service. My options were limited on what could be done with the existing system. Tony from JMartin came out and took a look and recommended the split system. Tony and Leon assisted me on getting the installation approved with my HOA to meet their requirements. Installers Edgar and Joel did a great job with a clean installation over two days which included shutting down the old system. For anyone who lives in a condo that does not have a central air system I would highly recommend the Mitsubishi American Standard split system provided by JMartin Air Quality. The pricing was right on target and they took care of So Cal Edison discounts which were being offered at the time. The follow up after the work is done is first class. I highly recommend JMartin AQ!

The day of the guys, Leo, Irvin, Kevin were promptly over in the morning, did the work, provided updates as the day passed and did a great job cleaning and making sure they left no mess behind.

J Martin’s installation team consisting of Mario T. and Wilmer H. performed an outstanding job installing our whole house heating and ac system, which included new ducts and vents plus a Google Nest thermostat.
The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Communication from the salesperson, Jesus, to the owner, Jared, and back to Mario, was professional and proficient.
You would be wise to allow them to meet and likely exceed your indoor air quality needs.

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced by J Martin Indoor Air Quality, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team. Irvin, Kevin, and Milo worked together seamlessly and managed to complete the whole project in just one day.

We needed to replace an old gas furnace and AC. Jesus provided a detailed review and educated me on gas vs. electric heat pump HVAC system. We selected a heat pump system. Santiago, Tony and Chris performed the installation. They were professional and thorough. Take a look at the detail sealing and custom padding made for the AC.
